Craig fae the Vale
Gartocharn 1-2 Drymen United Looked like it was heading for a draw but ten man Drymen struck late to snatch all three points. Garto then also had a man sent off with seconds remaining. Good Tuesday night entertainment.
Crow
Murieston United 0-1 Edinburgh Caledonian ... LEAFA Champions Cup @ Oriam on Sunday. 3 team tournament played with VAR and it played a huge part in deciding this one. A well taken goal 15 minutes from time was flagged for offside however the decision was overturned. Crowd 51. Craig fae the Vale
Buchlyvie United 2-3 Blanefield Thistle. Buchlyvie two goals up and cruising, but Blanefield came out a different team in the second half and turned the game around to remain unbeaten in the league this season. Buchlyvie hit the bar three times, Blanefield hit the bar themselves and the post and also had two cleared off the line. Brilliant game of football. Also saw a goalkeeper inexplicably only shown a yellow card for deliberate handball outside the box and the same throw in taken three times due to two consecutive foul throws. Forth and Endrick League is never short of entertainment.
Craig fae the Vale
Cumbernauld Colts 0-5 Stranraer. A comprehensive victory for the League Two visitors at a windy Broadwood. Some horrendous goalkeeping from the Cumbernauld keeper, their whole side very much looked like a team in early pre season.
Marten
Keiss 5-2 Top Joe'sCaithness AFA Division TwoA trip to the far north this weekend. A massive slope on the pitch, but absolutely stunning surroundings for football. I was there with a group of Dutch people, Top Joe's were short of players and asked us if any of us play football, they got 2 from our group. A 16 year old boy, the son of a friend of mine, scored for them!
Guest
Newmains 4-4 GartcairnAfter a nine day close season back at it again for 22/23. What a game to start with. First visit to Victoria Park and while basic I was quite impressed. Brilliant game, tremendous that entry was a donation. Lovely folk. Glad to see Newmains seem to be on an even keel after years of batterings in the old Juniors

Zetterlund
Up at Brechin today for an explosive derby vs Arbroath. Glorious day for football. First time at Glebe Park, lovely wee ground.
Guest
Forth 0-6 East Kilbride. Delay for half an hour due to waiting on an Ambulance for the Kilby goalkeeper who appears to have a neck injury. Forth keeper was already injured and Kilby's sub had taken over. He was ready to play the 2nd half for EK with Forth's coach taking over in goal. EK clearly the better and fitter side and raced away with it in the second halfShould add, no concerns for the keeper's safety just can't move him without paramedics
philpy
Dunbar United 1 - raith rovers 7. Not completely random as I'm a raith fan. Basically a glorified training session as far as raith were concerned. Should have been at Least double figures, but credit to the dunbar keepers for preventing that. Lovely set up down there, nice wee ground. Good food as well!!
Jute
Another who was at Dunbar United v Raith Rovers. Nice day in the sun and decent game if a bit one sided. Cracking goal for Dunbar’s consolation. Stand not complete but looks like it will nice when finished. Edited June 26, 2022 by Jute
Le Tout P'ti FC
Liking the photo of the Lumo train speeding past Dunbar. A ground I keep meaning to get to but have not managed yet. (There's a long list of such grounds, but I'm whittling them down.)In true Daniel Gray style, I do love a train journey where you can catch even a merest glimpse of a football ground. Especially if you can get a good view inside, of which Irvine Vics must be the pinnacle. Which grounds in Scotland can you get a decent glimpse of from a train?A pointless list compiled off the top of my head, where have I missed? Brummie Clyde
Should be going to Leyton Orient v Salford City on 29th October. Looks like quirky ground, so should be good.

The nearest station must be Girvan? Although that being said, the Machrihanish to Campbeltown railway ran directly past Kintyre Park (until 1932). There's a nice wee path that takes you from the ground over to the town centre which follows the old railway line.
