    They're swarming, it's a mating thing. I utterly detest flying ants and the one or two days a year when they swarm I usually try to stay well clear of being outside for very long after a traumatic experience of having to walk several miles in the summer heat whilst they flew all around and over me. Vile creatures.

    The bug I developed last week shows no signs of abating and has now moved onto the vomitting stage. Still went to work all last week, but couldn't get there today as I can't hold anything down. I hate missing work and I'm bored shitless.

    Shite line up is my guess. The tickets I'm selling were offered to me by a work colleague who's now not going and neither are the other 3 people that he had got tickets for. I took a look at the line up and decided I didn't fancy it either. I know a number of folk who're going purely to get stocious, but I don't see the point personally, I can get hammered at home.

    I'm sitting in an office in Finnieston right now. I'm a 5 minute walk from the city centre and also a 5 minute walk from Staples and PC World. There's very little distance involved, it won't take much time to walk to PC World, even less time if you take a car/bus.

    We're opening a new showroom just at Ashton Lane (well, actually Cresswell Lane) in the next couple of months. It's exactly the type of painfully trendy area which is perfect for making money £35 is good, aye. Must've been Festive prices or something when I was in last. Ach well.

    Hhhmmm. Last time I was in it was a Christmas night in the Byers Road one so maybe prices were different but I'd certainly have put it in the "expensive" bracket for restaurants in general or "expected" given that it was in Byers Road, where everything's more than it should be due to the trendy, expensive neighbourhood.

    Tony Macaroni's wasn't anything like "cheap" last time I was there, although the food and service are excellent.
