Down in Settle and was at the finishing line for the Tour de Yorkshire stage 1. Two hours in the cold and rain for twenty seconds action, but it was brilliant. Great atmosphere.

Nice. Going out on my road bike tomorrow for the first time since I broke my arm in December. Arm's still bent and weak, so I'll take it easy.

Awesome from Sagan to win Flanders. Cancellara did his best to reel him in but to no avail.

That's a couple of races been on the Bike channel recently. Either Kurne-Brussels-Kurne or Omloop Het Nieuwsblad were as well. There's the occasional other worth watching show on it too. You get it with Virgin as well.

Good going mate. I'm planning to get out for a couple of tentative short rides over the weekend - first time since I broke my elbow. Did a spin class at the weekend and it was OK. I'll not be chancing my road bike and cleats just yet though.
