  1. If you would sign up for b*****ding Twitter I could just have posted the link. [emoji23]
  2. The advantage the really big hitters will have is that lots of the par 4s could be driveable. Zalatoris was 10 yards off the front of the 16th yesterday.
  3. Hamish Watson apparently missed a tackle on Saturday, his first for Scotland since 2019, ending a run of 332 tackles made.
  4. A 10 wicket win for India. That was England's second shortest ODI innings ever, just 25.2 overs. (They did bat 24 overs twice but that was in matches that were reduced to that number because of the weather.)
  5. First real scare for India as Rohit survives an lbw review on umpires call, it was given not out and DRS showed it was just clipping the top of the bails.
  6. India fairly untroubled so far to reach 69-0 from 13 overs.
  7. I'd replied to a tweet earlier in the year and said we were missing his posts on here, he did hint that he might return for The Open.
  8. Once, fair enough. I'm hardly likely to have changed my mind by the second or third time.
  9. Sliding doors moment. What if Rory doesn't have that kickabout in 2015 when he tore ligaments and was out for a few weeks and missing the Open at St. Andrew?. He was coming in as reigning champ and had been playing well, having won the WGC Matchplay and the Wells Fargo earlier in the year. He's had 15 top ten finishes in majors since, but rarely have you ever felt he was genuinely in contention. E.g. he was 2nd at Augusta this year, but had started the final round 10 shots back, shooting a 64.
  10. When did ATMs start getting so aggressive? 3 times yesterday I was asked if I wanted to see an on screen balance before taking money out.
  11. I certainly remember him as being the type of kicker who rarely missed.
  12. 6 wickets for Bumrah for 19 runs. Bowled some superb stuff. England all out for 110. Topley did manage to smash England's only 6.
  13. Decent effort by Willey and Carse to add 35, but Carse goes for 15. 103-9. They've at least avoided their worst ever ODI score.
  14. Three part documentary on All 4 which aired last week about Ghislaine Maxwell called The Making of a Monster. Lots of interviews with victims who all say the same thing, they would not have been abused without her involvement.
  15. I for one welcome our new Orca overlords.
  16. Paul Lawrie hitting the opening tee shot on Thursday morning.
  17. My own opinion has always been that Tiger played the best golf ever, but Jack is the GOAT based on his major performances. Not just the wins, but just the sheer consistency. 18 wins, 19 runners up. Out of 40 majors in the 70s he missed 1 cut, and had 35 top 10s, including 8 wins and 8 seconds. In a 15 year stretch from his first Open win in 1966, his worst finish was T6th. Including the year he turned 50, 1990, he had missed 11 cuts in 120 majors, and even managed 6th place in the Masters that year.
  18. My mum and dad shared the same birthday, they met when working in a shop together and their boss also had the same birthday.
  19. Wordle 388 3/6 [emoji833][emoji833] [emoji833][emoji833]
  20. It's hard to ditch a sponsor mid season when they no doubt had all sorts of kit emblazoned with the Clarke EPOS logo. I'm sure Whitletts were repeatedly promised that the money was coming but it never appeared.
  21. Yep, it was the first post I had seen on Twitter about it.
  22. The question has to be asked though, what sick b*****d put Tom Watson out with Cink?
