    Some closing stretch by Meronk, birdie-birdie-eagle-par to close out your first win is superb golf. Ryan Fox reckoned he had to be 18 under to have a chance at a playoff, even that was 2 shots out.

    Cracking par putt on the last for Law, currently 4th on his own. All 3 players ahead of him already have a spot in the Open, 3 places up for grabs here.

    Chance missed for David Law with a bogey on the par 5 17th. Needs to hole his second at the last to tie Ryan Fox in the clubhouse on -17. A birdie for Law could bag him an open spot. Norway's Espen Kostad was in contention until he ran up a quad bogey 8 including a shank. Bob MacIntyre hit a closing 69 and is T13th, 3 bogeys on his card too so could have been better.

    Amazing how a large wad of cash can heal a sore back. Casey might be the first player to join LIV and actually play more golf. Worth pointing out too that he was once so principled due to his charitable links with Unicef that he wouldn't play in the Saudi Invitational.

    Far too many basic errors. Should be spending all day on Monday on kick off drills. Twice we got the score back level tonight and instantly lost possession and points from the restart.
