I didn't actually see it but she said it was a tiny bit that was pink around the bone and wasn't sure if it was underdone or just the texture of the meat. Didn't see the point in complaining as the rest was fine and she didn't eat anywhere near that part. If it was noticeably underdone then, aye, I would definitely expect a refund/new plate.

Went out for dinner with a friend last night at this place - http://www.roast-restaurant.com/ She had the chicken but didn't finish it as it was a massive portion. After they had cleared the plates the waiter came back and said they wouldn't be charging for it as it was slightly underdone. I hadn't even noticed and she hadn't said anything, just ate around the bit that was slightly pink. Really honest of them to do that and took £25 off the bill. Pleasing.

Can't comment on him live as I've not seen him and the only set I've heard is that abomination from Ultra this year. Agree about his productions though. Levels and Niktim are good tunes and there's a handful of average ones but he seems to charge a ridic amount for gigs. Colours have been trying to book him for years and he's always priced himself out of playing the Arches.

Bet he doesn't lift either.

I heard his set from Ultra and it was absolutely horrific. Pretty sure the two songs mentioned were played. He took a fair amount of stick for it on Twitter and responded with a statement along the lines of "experimental" and "pushing boundaries".

That was good read. Nice that initially they were doing it for a good story to tell over the years but got sucked in and started taking it seriously. Sounds like they've done something really positive there. Good on them. Along similar lines, a few of us went to watch Sealand in a friendly last month and thought about trying to get a game for them.
