Just added a scoop of protein powder (Maximuscle Cyclone, chocolate flavour) and a banana to a bowl of porridge. Very tasty. Think I've found my new breakfast.

Went to this place for dinner last night: http://thehawksmoor.com/ Pricey but well worth it. Had the sirloin, medium-rare, and two of us shared four sides - chips, sweet potato, spinach and asparagus. Up there with one of the best steaks I've had.

We got told to dress down for work today as there's G8 protests in London and they're targetting financial institutions. I took this to mean no suits or ties and just wore my normal trousers and shirt. Arrived here and the majority are wearing jeans and polos/t-shirts. -
