  1. There's something about this that makes me pretty uncomfortable. Admittedly it's a strange thing to do while in such a public environment, but it's not a crime, and it's not as though it was some extreme material - feels a lot like he's been embarrassed for some youngster's twitter lolz. Kinda poor show I think.
  2. So we lost quite convincingly in the end, but unfortunately the huddled masses were unable to add to their lead at the top of the table - if someone could add all this together and let me know what side of the religious divide this puts me that'd be swell.
  3. It'll be fine mate. Decades of battling against an institutional hierarchy has left your support undernourished, willowy and brittle, will def. not be a prob.
  4. Hopefully the inevitably "exhuberant" pitch invaders snap their ACLs on our horror pitch. Celtic's refereeing team to engineer a 0-2 win for the persecuted but plucky underdogs from Glasgow's East End.
  5. Fantastic, this is in my head for at least 18 months.
  6. The improbably detailed excel spreadsheet I had created detailing Killie's fortunes in the Scottish Cup from 1993/94 to present appears to have been lost since my work updated the laptops to Office 365. I don't know if any of you clowns will understand how absolutely horrified I am at this development. Game may as well not be happening IMO, honestly don't know how I'm going to enjoy it without knowing the impact that the result may have on our home win% over the last ten seasons.
  7. They were probably just completely flummoxed at encountering someone who thinks that Behram Kayal's inclusion in his international football team is a viable defence against a "flagrant violation of international law". What bearing do you think one has on the other? Do you understand that it wasn't planned as a protest against the football team?
  8. Won't hear a word against this wonderful man. In an old Champ Manager, Brian Kerr was the inspirational captain and lynchpin of my Oxford United side who won successive promotions to the Championship, before a brief spell in the EPL and a memorable run to the FA Cup final. A giant among pygmies.
  9. I thought the signing of Kevin Kyle would be an absolutely hopeless move - ended up convincingly our best player for the majority of his time at Kilmarnock. So many on the other side of the balance - I thought Darren Barr was an absolutely brilliant move when he arrived for a brief period in the mid-10s.
  10. x2 - great result and reaction to last Sunday. Onwards and upwards.
  11. This is surely dependent on the business we do in the next week. If we're shipping them all out and not signing anyone it's a terrible idea, but if we're doing any sort of decent business then it's likely to be an upgrade on Thomas. Way too big an "If", I've seen nothing that suggests we're going to recruit effectively in this window. 11 days from our next league game, and we have a single trialist, and a returning loan player. We panicked on deadline day last time and bought three turkeys, it's madness not to schedule the departures conservatively this time round. I'm sure Thomas could have gone to DAFC once - and only once - we had the kind of signings you're speculating about, actually in the building.
  12. I'm beginning to get the feeling that this Kilmarnock season will end up summarised in a special thread by Simpsons SPFL. Regardless of your opinion of him, there's absolutely no fucking way we should be loaning out Dom Thomas with the squad in the shape it's in. This window already has echoes of the summer - the only upside is that those Welsh fucks are another six months closer to Brexit-led starvation.
  13. Couldn't believe what I read of this. Absolute tinpottery at its worst.
  14. Yep, let's make this the last mention of this game until about 9.30pm on 26th March... I can't do another Belgrade letdown.
  15. Why are most Celtic supporters always so totally humourless? Wee Joe absolutely nailing the archetype here.
  16. With 11 weeks to go, this is not bad going at all.
  17. Something tells me that only Rory McKenzie, of this list, will be at RP next season.
  18. Website still reporting queues of 10 minutes, 1hr 40m after they went on sale. Really encouraging. I know some posters above are slagging the SFA for this, and I understand frustrations, but I think they've actually done really well with these tickets. Low prices, opportunity for new memberships as Xmas presents, my experience in buying today was at least pretty smooth.
  19. Still quite a number behind each goal. I just got three in the east stand - although the block where I sat for 4/5 qualifiers is gone entirely. Looking set to be a good crowd.
  20. This was on the same day when they began discussing the leagues they were covering - not the games might I add - at 2.50pm.
  21. Jesus Christ, this season is a defeat to Israel away from being the worst I've ever endured. Moribund pish from Everton tonight, atrocious finishing in the first half - passed off as a trio of "great saves" from the BBC - before bringing on a forward I honestly wouldn't have at Kilmarnock. Absolute dugmeat.
  22. The tv guide and the bbc website have the kick off in the Merseyside derby as 4.01pm tomorrow - and all the kick off times today are listed as 12.31 or 3.01 or 5.31 or whatever. Does anyone know the reason for this?
