  1. "Carnoustie Panmure going for a licence for the end of 2223/24:" I wouldn't hold my breath for that happening then....
  2. Erm,...I fear you may have missed the point, here...(and the word is spelled "grammar" just for your reference)... The wording in the capital letters is a direct quotation from something that the nutjob said to someone else on the forum years ago. I decided (for my own safety)not to engage with him any further many moons ago. Check out the "Billy Gilmour" thread where he appears to forget which of his many, many, log-ins he was using at the time and ended up arguing with himself. The boy is a fruitcake. My advice to you would be to turn off the personal messaging function on your device before mental Ally starts trying to contact you to be his friend. Or starts to sew pieces of skin from your relatives together to make himself a new suit.
  3. He genuinely has a "SERIOUS EYE CONDITION, YOU UTTER TRUMPET"...he does know his fitba, just talks pish at times.
  4. Aye,...the lad Sinclair that Dryhorce is talking about was scoring loads for Bo'ness Athletic (i.e. not United) in the lower conferences of the EoSL. I'm glad that Cowdenbeath have given him a wee chance but the idea that he is up to Championship level, at the moment, is clearly complete and utter tosh.
  5. Not surprised if it was a bit quiet today...they should've turned up yesterday.
  6. Eh,...aye,...and while we're here...lets have a wee shout out for Colin McPerson and his smashing, joyous, fitba photie. 'mon the weans !!
  7. Definitely, maybe, and also quite unlike me...will try harder next time.
  8. Talbot most probably don't need to move the game.
  9. Nope...it was on the instruction of The Polis... "East Kilbride, who play in the Lowland League, were told by Police Scotland that their K Park ground was unsuitable to stage a game of that magnitude."
  10. There would have to be a railing (or some other physical barrier) between seats and playing surface to allow EoS or LL games to take place, Shirley ? Maybe the javelin chuckers will be posted at either end of the pitch to discourage any encroachment.
  11. Erm,...I'm not wanting to cast any nasturtiums or anything,...but should you folks not be oot getting pished or something ?
  12. I'm a doctor, I'm a lawyer, I'm a movie star. I'm an astronaut, and I own this bar... And I'd lie to you for your love...and that's the truth.
  13. ^^ The last time I saw Sauchie they had George Connelly playing for them. She probably wouldn't have heard of him either.
  14. Would it be the case that Mullin might just be about the only player in the Accies squad who has any previous experience of playing against Talbot at Beechwood so should, at least, have some idea of what to expect ?
  15. Feel free to join in with the rest of the bewildered. I'm looking at this from the perspective of "the bottom" upwards to tier six. I am equally baffled. WTF is going on here ? And...also...if the clubs themselves didn't directly pick up a portion of the bung to let the OF join the LL then who actually trousered the cash ? Is the money from the OF just a red herring here ?
  16. So,...he thought it smelled like shite but ate it anyway just to check... Do you think he really is an actual coyote with access to the internet ?
  17. Erm,...I'm sorta scared to ask how you reached your conclusion about the taste....
  18. P.S. Why is the thread still in the premiership section ? It deserves a wee bit of the forum to itself (imho)...there will be dozens of folk who don't have any interest in the top teams who could contribute photies but probably don't know that the thread even exists.
  19. Well,...this has taken a strange wee turn. I don't often visit this thread given that it is part of the forum given over to the top teams, but I had a shooftie tonight and have spotted (I think) a chap who used to drink beside me in the Vale Bar on Dundas Street. See the chap getting ready to be handcuffed ?....I'm pretty sure that is Martin, my pub pal. We lost contact after I retired. Nice bloke, as most Thistle supporters seem to be.
