Killearn 2-1 Gartocharn. Vale under 20s game was a late call off so made the trip into the countryside to see the Forth and Endrick League kick off their season. Good, competitive game but definite hints of offside for Killearn's winner!

Breasts and Eggs by Mieko Kawakami. A bit off beat and slightly waffley in places (could be the translation to be honest) but generally an interesting and enjoyable read. Will be interested in seeking out some of the author's other work.

Will be heading along to Arthurlie v Bellshill on Wednesday night. Not been to Dunterlie in a few years, so looking forward to it, are the pies still as good? I see it's down for a 6.30 kick off despite the rest of the games that night kicking off at 7. Is this right?

Going to the Celtic v Hearts semi final, but have something on later so can't stay for Glasgow City v Partick Thistle. Can't see past a Celtic v City final, will definitely consider it, but dunno if I'll fancy driving home from Edinburgh on a Sunday evening, we'll see closer to the time!

Oaft, that's absolutely brutal. There will have been Single-A games with a higher attendance on the same day.

Tollcross Thistle 4-4 Drumchapel Amateurs (After Extra Time, Tollcross win 3-2 on penalties). The delayed 2019-20 Scottish Amateur Cup Final and what a final it was. Drum 3-0 up at halftime but Tollcross came out like a different side in the second half and equalised with a penalty deep into stoppage time. Traded goals early in Extra Time before Drumchapel managed to miss three penalties in the shootout. Fantastic entertainment.

The Mariners are in a playoff position. Let's stop the season now!

Caledonian Braves (South of Scotland) 2-0 Nithsdale Wanderers Dreadful game and indiscipline costs Nithsdale again as for the second time in a fortnight they end a game here with nine men. Also caught the first half of Bullwood 1-1 Polonia Glasgow on the back pitch, which was a nice bonus.

Fallen, the microbrewery in Kippen have sadly ceased trading. A real shame, they put out some good stuff over the past few years.
