    Castle Rock FC 3-6 Thursday Select XI. Castle Rock are a new Dumbarton supporters team and Thursday Select are (according to the referee) a selection of guys who regularly play fives on a Thursday. Decent first half, quality dropped after the break as an ever increasing number of players found themselves blowing out their arse. I've seen worse games at a much higher level.

    Rangers 4-0 Aberdeen. I'd say that was a successful first game at Ibrox for Rangers Women. 4,421 is about 20 times what they usually play in front of. Not much of a game, but a decent occasion.

    Dundee North End 5-1 Scone Thistle. Could have and probably should have been double figures. Some poor finishing and some inspired goalkeeping keeps the score down in the Dundee sunshine. Two games today, both 5-1 home wins.

    Dumbarton AFC 5-1 BSC Glasgow Amateurs. A glorious sunny morning so took in a wee amateur game. Not bad entertainment.
