Anyone tried the Smolov Jr programme for bench press? Just finished the 3 week cycle with 5kg increments and added 7.5kg to my 1rm. Going to run it again next month with 2.5kg increments to try to add another 5kg. Great programme I can highly recommend it!

Well that was fucking awful. Alan McGee, Irvine Welsh and Ewan Bremner, what could go wrong? Fucking Nick Moran clearly. Dont think I've ever been so disappointed in a film. Total borefest, disjointed, some shite acting, the worst 1st eccy scene ever. The only good thing is that it's made me want to rewatch the Upside Down Documentary.

I've had a few aborted attempts to get into Mogwai over the years, starting back with the release of Cody. Probably the major factor in this is that I've never seen them live. After listening to the new album on repeat for the last few days I intend to rectify this asap. Wonderful, beautiful album.
