  1. Potentially very good news and an utter humiliation in the short term but, this could be the ultimate "ToryCunt bloody interferinEUfurriners stopping us being well racist" outcome. And the excuse to dismantle/remove us from the ECHR.
  2. You're the type who goes down on bended knee with cap in hand to have some crumbs brushed into it.
  3. "Migraunts r steelin wur EnHaichEss" is still the Vote Leave message. Its just they're coming over in small boats instead of Erasmus. c***s.
  4. No. I don't mean that. I can see you're getting annoyed tho, so I'll stop batting away all the little strawmen you're erecting and look forward to this debate when we're independent and you can tell me how the EU is the same as China, or any other world power at your leisure, and vote not to join should you wish.
  5. I'm not an expert on Greek politics but the ridiculous corruption is probably an issue here. Again though we're debating the pros and cons of a single admittedly important choice we as iScot will be able to make which we cannot do now. I look forward to having these debates but the crux of where our exchange started that the EU and UK are the same or similar, is not true in concept, design or application. And it is many of those differences that I find so appealing.
  6. Is want and need different? Would we need to? Maybe not. Would we want to, yes. Yes we would. And yes the voluntary nature of the EU, is a good thing. It is indicative of its nature and in stark contrast to the UK.
  7. This is a very brave and valiant attempt you're making but the UK and EU aren't the same and the differences I've shown prove that. Also, and this is something I have some experience of. The benefits of FOM are absolutely 2 way. And far better when covered by treaty obligations which define the rights of the individual. Rather than goodwill/hopeful assumptions.
  8. It's not about what we decide to do, it's just the ability to do it.
  9. Maybe, I don't think so right enough but these are differences between the UK and the EU. Also declaring FOM unilaterally isn't something you can expect to be reciprocated. Sort of a fundamental misunderstanding there.
  10. Specifically, about 400 million people to trade and recruit with, from and to, a regulatory regime one of only two which sets world standards and the ability to leave whenever the f**k we like.
  11. YOUS WID HUV TAE HUV RA URO INDEPENDENCE JIST ESSENNPEE OBSESSION EU JIST THA SAME AS UK WHIT ABOOT SPAIN SOMETHING SOMETHING THE QUEEN Great to see it lads. See you on the campaign trail.
  12. I miss the Twa Jimmy's. We should argue more about their departure instead.
  13. Fun thread this. Of course, who could possibly have predicted that: A) Brexit is shit B) It would have been brilliant if it weren't for remainers and journalists pointing out that it's shit
  14. Very good news for a number of reasons including but not limited to getting it right up Aaron Banks..
  15. Serious question. These agency workers drafted in to fill in for those striking. Where the tap dancing f**k are these agencies going to get available far less qualified staff from?
  16. I've certainly got much more time for "let's all work together" Unity Salmond than I have for "still seething and lashing out at being correctly ostracised for being a toucher" Salmond.
  17. Perhaps being in no way accountable to or dependent upon the views of thew electorate makes it easier to speak your mind. Like the guy who lost to Pete Wishart and still became a government minister the next day.
  18. Your humble and obedient servant sir.
  19. How fucking tedious. The never ending slavers about the ability to borrow for specific capital expenditures but not day to day spend.
  20. Hmm I'd be much much more impressed if he did speak out rather than allow these reports of private conversations to be dismissed as rumour. He had no problem writing to health secretary John Reid to get homeopathy available on the NHS so one hopes his spidery letter writing skills are being deployed here too.
  21. Not quite sure where to put this but the Met really aren't showering themselves in glory just now are they?
