I think 15-18 points is a massive ask this quarter, I'm aiming for 12 and if we get more brilliant.

For me, hope is still to consolidate in the league, nothing has changed despite the good first quarter, 8th or above would be a success this season, simple as that really.

In a development loan scenario the player can play youth games for the parent club they are loaned from.

The fact is though he did get game time, he would've got more game time, and he would've started a fair few games, there is no doubt about that. The problem was he expected to walk into the side from the minute he arrived, was never going to happen, just like any other team a loan player won't walk straight into the side, they've got to work for it.

Seriously are you Joe Thomson ? I have no reason not to believe that the reason he has been sent back to Celtic was because he expected to be playing every week and was told he wouldn't be. Does it make much of a difference what our opinion is anyway ? He's gone. I trust Hoppys judgment over a player that has been in the door 4 weeks, he's never had an issue with any other players since joining the club as coach and manager, so why now ? Perhaps the player has an issue ? Perhaps Celtic wanted him to play every minute of every game ? Either way that wasn't going to happen so he's fucked off back to Celtic.

I think people are being really unfair on Byrne, he isn't gifted with incredible skills but he does an unbelievable job of breaking play up and allowing Pittman and Jacobs to play further forward. He will never be a stand out player for us but watch him put 100% into every game and win 50/50s all day long. Undoubedly Thomson looks a technically gifted player, no arguments from me there.

Jack McMillan, apparently we've been after him for some time, local lad who can play RB and CB. Made quite a few starts for Motherwell last season i think so looks like a decent signing on paper, certainly covers our defensive problems.

Wouldn't it be a nice gesture if we left him out of TNS and he broke the record against QoS at home with his brother Kyle presenting him with a memento of the day ? Just a thought.

I'm confused as to why a QoS fan has decided to come on here and give us it tight about our financial situation ? I mean I'd have understood it if we had just played Queens and there was a degree of controversy but it's just came from nowhere. Its strange he's chose now to have a go as well when we are arguably in the best state off the pitch we've been for a very long time. A QoS fan that knows nothing about my club has said let's wait and see so I'm now worried.

The transfer hasn't been confirmed by ourselves and Forfar have completely jumped the gun. We want to send him on a development loan to play and have him available to play for our under 20s but because Forfar are in the same under 20s league we can't do that.

By the sounds of things this is a great bit of business by Hoppy and the club. Will really push our 3 midfielders hard now which is only a good thing. We really are building an excellent squad, add another defender and if possible another striker and we will be pushing for a top half finish.

Coll Donaldson was a bombscare with us in his first spell, was amazed we got a fee for him. Looking at reports he was just as much of a bombscare at QPR and Dundee Utd too.

Good player, unlucky to get injured early last season as he was a regular in the first team. He was offered a deal with us but as far as I'm aware his agent wanted more money from us and we refused. He was then offered another deal by us as he was struggling to find a club but again his agent advised him to turn us down. Bit of a kick in the teeth to the club after helping him through his rehab etc but that's football. He would be a stand out for you if he signed, he needs to get shot of his agent though.

Yep, as has been said above our defence is arguably our strongest part of the team, we are short of a CB but we are strong in that area with what we have.
