The original scripts were apparently terrible. Harrison Ford famously said to George Lucas that people can write this, but not say it (with added swear words). the dialogue was then altered. Fast forward to The Phantom Menace and the dialogue is dreadful. "Younglings" ffs. -

I visited him on Friday. Still sharp and full of beans. Half an hour of chatting, with his wife hovering around to check if he needed anything, and he was worn out. I said I would go back in a fortnight. It is all very familiar from when dad was ill, and in a way it helped because I wasn't shocked when I saw him. I knew what to expect.

There were 2 ice cream vans in Alloa when I was a kid, Jimmy and Mario. Two rumours about Mario. One was that he made the ice cream in his bath, the second that someone bought an ice cream from him and there was a dead rat in it. As an adult I suspect that Jimmy spread these myths.

My step daughter 's two eldest sons both are autistic and the eldest has ADHD. She was on benefits for a long time. The employers simply didn't exist that could accept her having to go whenever the school phoned to get her to come and calm the lad down. It certainly opened my eyes. Seeing it lived, and the stresses caused. There may be chancers out there, but this post is really poor.
