  1. THINKS PISA IS SOMETHING YOU GET FROM THE TAKEAWAY!!!
  2. One of the worst individual performances I've seen in the 6n in years. Fair play to Italy for still being in this despite it.
  3. Sorry, why was that an Italy put in? Did they not carry it back?
  4. Ooofft, Italy right in this here. France having a bit of a horror show. Would love Italy to win here, imagine if the title was decided by Scotland v Italy, 12.30 KO on the last day?
  5. Yeah, sorry, your point is correct, I just ignored it there and had a rant of my own instead!
  6. Fair play to Italy, if it hadn't been for the suicidal plays on their own line and their horrendous scrum half who is having an absolute nightmare they could easily be winning here. They do remind me a bit of Scotland around 2016/17, can see how good they can be and what they are trying to do, but errors will kill them in the end.
  7. Funny thing is, Freddie Steward was absolutely shite. Sometimes I think people don't appreciate how hard it is to tackle one on one in open field, but Steward didn't actually make any of them. His efforts on both White and DVM were pathetic and anything but "hard". For a guy who was being touted as the best fullback in the world he's pretty shite.
  8. Good try from the Frenchman who was born in France.
  9. Being born in Scotland isn't even enough for some of them. I was actually quite sad today to find out Ange Capuzzo doesn't fit the divorced English rugby dad's definition of Italian. He now has to be called the Frenchman accompanied by a shit joke about how he "DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SPAGHETTI IS!!!"
  10. Yeah, scrums are a real problem, especially when it comes to attracting the more casual fans. It's supposed to be a way of restarting the game for minor mistakes that opens up a bit of space, but at the moment they take ages, there are endless resets, and often used just for penalty milking. I don't know what they'll end up doing about them, but there needs to be a bit of a change. I'd make it a free kick instead of a penalty, especially for scrums in the middle of the pitch as it would make it pointless to milk the penalty.
  11. Yeah, it was such a clear penalty. Ritchie did brilliantly to stay over the ball legally for so long as well. You get the impression if he'd fallen at any point the ref would have given it the other way, not to mention the fact he was at risk of serious injury the whole time, another big failing from the ref.
  12. I actually didn't think we played brilliantly in all honesty. Defence was a bit ropey, missed a lot of first tackles and England were making easy meters too often, but Duhan, Steyn, Jones and Sione were such a threat throughout. Scotland will need to defend better though against the good teams. I think Russell was getting a bit of stick, but I actually thought the English were so focused on him that it opened up gaps and he found them. He's a very brave player, he doesn't give a f**k if he gets smashed as long as he gets the ball away. Wasn't the usual bag of tricks but I think he was instrumental in the win, far more than he'll be given credit for.
  13. That last penalty is hilarious when you watch it back. The ref standing there, watching it, desperately hoping it wasn't a penalty for what felt like ages as about three Scotland players are screaming at him to the point Horne is actually slapping the player over the ball on the back. He really, really did not want to give it.
  14. Ref only pointing one way this half. That scrum was a pen to Scotland.
  15. This U20 game is the most Scottish game ever, from a seemingly hopeless position they take the lead... Only to instantly relinquish it again.
  16. I saw a tweet saying all but one of the England team have played professional rugby and only one of the Scotland team has. 17 minutes of it. There needs to be more opportunity. Truth is, Scotland look fairly dangerous ball in hand and running, they are just getting blown away in the pack.
  17. It's going to be a big few weeks coming up! Hibs and County at home, Saintees and Well away in the league, Celtic away in the cup. Never want to write off Saints off these days, but I think beating Celtic at Parkhead in the cup is probably beyond us at this stage unless Celtic have a meltdown, we play well above ourselves and we get a friendly ref, but what an opportunity that run of league games is. In recent seasons that Feb run of "winnable" games has been our downfall as we haven't won them, hopefully this time is different. Honestly think we should be aiming for 8-10 points at a minimum, though all of Hibs, County and Saintees looking a bit better at the moment. I really like watching this team as well. Nobody hides. they work hard and they seem ready to look after each other as well. Even the guys on the bench seem happy and motivated and that's a great credit to Robinson. There is just enough of a chip on the shoulder as well, few guys with something to prove and obviously relishing the chance to do so. Long may it continue!
  18. Remember when we went up there at the start of the season and got absolutely humped by the ref? It was absolutely worth it considering everything that's happened against them since. Richard Gordon was slagging Main at half time as well. Delicious.

    The Last Of Us

Yeah, I mean, I didn't think the game was exactly subtle either about the fact Bill and Frank were lovers? I saw one guy going mental saying that "partners" just meant "fighting buddies". There is even a bit where Ellie is reading one of Bill's gay porn mags.
  20. Not sure about that tbh, I'd say he's a reasonably decent penalty box striker at this level. He's not hugely effective round the park, nor is he a particularly imposing target man. At least half your fans will fucking hate him for not running around enough.
  21. Imagine though, if you're an Aberdeen fan, and you see the thread on the game you lost 6-0 has grown by about 5 pages overnight. Click on it with a feeling of trepidation wondering who has had the meltdown and how big the slagging is, only to be washed over by a sense of relief as you realise it's some Hearts fan having a heads gone because someone called him a bit of a VL.
  22. We still need judgement on the term "VL" though, maybe a dictionary link proving it doesn't mean rapist. Kyle, please advise.
  23. Whilst Ayunga would be a miss, surely we carry it, considering we have Greive, Offord and Jamieson at the club and also Kiltie as an option at a push? Carson is a different issue, they will have to replace him in some way or another. I'm guessing the Reid deal is done, so need to see if we lose Erhahon/Baccus. I hope not as I felt we missed Baccus energy yesterday and Erhahon, even when not having his best game was still the best midfielder on the pitch.
  24. In saying that, it's a good goal from our point of view, Greive is strong to hold up the ball, great run from Strain and an excellent pass from Greive at the right time, then a good, dangerous ball from Strain and Main bursting a gut to get there first and finish well.
  25. There was some kind of breakdown with the corners today, beyond just poor delivery, they were all arguing with each other over it. I think Strain thought he was putting them where they were supposed to go and someone was supposed to be attacking them at the front post or challenging Kelly, but it wasn't happening at all. TBH, our corners were ok earlier in the season when Erhahon was taking them.
