Yeah, I think Flynn will be OK as well, especially if we are expected to be under the cosh anyway. I don't think he's got Strain's engine these days, and is a bit less of an attacking threat, but he'll stick to the task and hopefully make life a bit more difficult for them down that side. I imagine Gal will play on the right of the three as well if he's fit, with Shaughnessy staying in the middle.

That is great news, because for me it strengthens both defence and midfield if it means Gogic now doesn't have to play CB. I guess that is still going to be decided by how much Robbo trusts Taylor at this stage.

I remember me and my mate went to it and our train broke down at Linlithgow station. Loads of buddies piling into the three taxis or so that were in the town. It was very exciting at the time as we'd just come up and we're looking pretty good, having already won a few games, and I think Hearts might have even split the OF the year before, but basically we were just coming to the end of that "newly promoted bounce" teams used to get then and we were soon back down to earth as autumn and winter rolled in and it became clear we were fighting for survival.

That was a fucking great match, really enjoyable stuff and, whisper it, but Glasgow might be back. There was some glorious rugby there. Whole backline were brilliant, and the forwards did their jobs against tough opposition.
