  1. McGrath's first few games for the club were meh. He didn't actually start showing anything until the start of the next season when he signed in the January. He was mostly on the bench. Power was also shite up to and including completely shitting the bed against Celtic. Writing off Kiltie at this stage is staggeringly stupid.
  2. There have definitely been quite a few decent players who were playing first team football in the top league in Scotland who got surprisingly few U21 caps. I don't even think John McGinn made double figure appearances. It's surely been a contributing factor to some players playing for different countries as well.
  3. Surely Kiltie is the replacement for McGrath. I know some of our fans have written him off already for some reason, but I think it'll be worth giving him a chance. If we'd been playing the current formation from the start of the season he'd probably have fitted in fine.

    PES 2019

Is FIFA any good? I had FIFA 21 because my nephew's liked it and I thought it was genuinely awful, but like you, I'm not sure I've got another year of PES 20 left in me. I played 4 games of this Efootball shite before I deleted it. 4 games more than it deserved.
  5. Some commitment mate! The hours you spent between each one gathering up the resources needed to take on the next must have been brutal.
  6. Will today get some of our fans off Erhahon's back? Tbh, I never really understood why he was being given so much stick, but today he was clearly one of our best players.
  7. I remember how angry they got at the suggestion that a draw was a bad result for St Mirren, but it really, really was.
  8. Benny wenny changed the momentum big time when he disallowed that try, but to be fair, I think we've taken the sting out it again.
  9. Biggest sympathy call you'll ever see. No fucking chance that gets given in any other game.
  10. Glasgow are so relentless here, even when it looks like they should just calm down and slow it down a bit, they don't. Sharks can't deal with it, but I'm not sure many could today, Glasgow aren't doing what you are supposed to do.
  11. Brilliant maul defence from Cummings and Wilson there
  12. Sharks turned up now. Momentum has shifted big time.
  13. He's been brilliant, as have Thompson and Wilson. Playing well just now.
  14. Edinburgh completely shit the bed again.
  15. Vellacott putting a lot of pressure on Horne for that bench spot in the AIs. He looks a very similar player, but kicks better.
  16. It doesn't even apply to them. I also have the dreaded Covid and watched the St Mirren game on Sunday on St Mirren TV for free as part of my ST, and that was live on Sky. Sky are usually pretty aggressive in protecting their product, so this red zone thing, doesn't really sound like some loophole they would stand for.
  17. To be honest, I can see why the highlights looked like that, but Ulster won it mostly off the back of Glasgow making big, unforced mistakes. Glasgow's lineout and scrum defence was actually pretty decent, it's just Ulster had a lot of lineouts and scrums, and the discipline was bad again. The game was there for Glasgow but the error count and the softness of the tries given up killed them.
  18. I actually thought we were ok up till we scored, and we were already playing much better in the second half before the red card. I honestly don't think we are playing anywhere nearly as badly as some fans are desperate to make out. We are unbeaten in the last 4, and we played St Johnstone, Hibs, Dundee United and Aberdeen in that 4. 6 points is a good return from that, and I could have easily been more.
  19. In rugby, where they are pretty much lifting this rule from, the player does have to go through various "return to play" protocols if they are identified as a head injury, but I don't think there is any timeframe put on it, and it can be a lot longer (or shorter) than 10 days. To be honest, it's about time football started dealing with head injuries and concussions a bit more seriously.
  20. Agree, and his passing was very poor as well, gave the ball away a lot, often simple 5 yard passes as well. He got better as the game went on to be fair, but that first half Erhahon was the one cleaning up all his mistakes (not to mention creating the first goal). I don't really understand why he's become such a boo boy target this season to be honest.
  21. I'm totally happy to presume that whatever your profession was, it wasn't one that allowed you to make a concussion diagnosis from your living room whilst having a right good seethe at your team losing.
  22. What, you are a doctor now? He clearly took a head knock before he was subbed. You think your analysis from the armchair trumps that of the medical staff at the ground? I think what's happening here is once again your team lost and you are lashing out and making a complete c**t of yourself. Again.
