  1. I remember him because ICT were linked with him before he signed for Accies and he was brilliant in FM2010. Apparently, he later went to jail!
  2. What was the deal with Lionel Djebi-Zadi wearing his jacket backwards? The thing with him was that usually if he started well, he’d be reasonably solid. If he was nervous he was a bombscare.
  3. Always find it strange how people who love Britain so much find it so difficult to use the English language.
  4. I was quite impressed with the guy from Plaid. I'd never heard of the Tory before and before long it became clear why. Also, Sturgeon smacking down the big bully from the Brexit Party was absolutely glorious!
  5. Is that not to the tour Otto Wormbier (not sure of spelling) was on?
  6. The SNP should endorse the Green candidate in Kirkcaldy.
  7. Steve Paterson - Excellent Alex Ferguson (post-retirement) - Good Terry Butcher - Alright Duncan Shearer - Decent
  8. Another couple of ICT names who havn't been mentioned yet - Robert Eagle. A winger who joined from Norwich in our 09-10 First Division season under Butcher. He was extremely blonde and had a good cross but had absolutely nothing else. Slow as a week in a gulag and offered very little. Started the season brightish, before losing his place to Hayes and Foran. He was punted at the end of the season and signed for Grimsby before moving around the English non-league. Now at Leiston in the Southern League Premier Division Central. Lewis Horner - Could play in lots of positions but none of them well. Apparently he was actually a central midfielder but played almost entirely at right back and was signed by Hughes prior to the 14-15 season from Blyth Spartans. He was just...not very good. He's now back at Blyth Spartans and after we released him it was revealed that he was a gambling addict who'd bet against the club in games he'd played in. Not cool.
  9. I haven't read it but it must be good because his career was so good.
  10. You can go to Belarus without a visa now, but you have to enter from Minsk Airport. I think you still need a visa if you travel there any other way.
  11. As I recall, when Barrowman had that one excellent season at Ross County, he was played as part of a front two/three as a poacher. Under Brewster and then Butcher, he was played as a lone striker/target man and had the ball hoofed at him from all directions, which wasn't his game at all. Butcher did change his style to great success in the 09-10 season but Barrowman had been punted back to County by then and Adam Rooney had cemented himself as our main striker. Now yes, he was rubbish, but perhaps had he been played in a different role he would've still been rubbish...but not quite so rubbish.
  12. I've just realised that ICT had Andrew Barrowman in the 2010s. Now granted, the style of play under Butcher and Brewster when he was with the club wasn't really suited to his game but he wasn't very good.
  13. This seems to be a recurring feature. Seemingly his exit from Caley Thistle (he ended his spell on loan at Morton) apparently came about due to a fallout with John Robertson after he wasn't named in the starting XI for a Challenge Cup game against Crusaders. In his one season with us, his link up play was alright and he was a hard worker, but I don't think I've ever seen a professional striker who was worse at finishing. He couldn't finish a hot dog!
  14. I was just going to post about there actually. I know two people who have been to Minsk and both said it was a beautiful city. I believe it’s very cheap but only once you’re there. I did look up flight a while ago and it was about £200 return.
  15. ICTChris mentioned him. He was rubbish...but we’ve had players who were even more rubbish!
  16. Looking forward to a nice view of the Ochils and a pie in a roll.
  17. Was Andrea Mutombo really that bad for Partick Thistle? I remember his season at Caley Thistle quite well. He was a bit of a headless chicken but did have drive about him. Every now and then (including one game against Thistle at Firhill), he'd have a brilliant game and you'd wonder why he wasn't at a higher level, then for the next five games he'd go back into his slapstick, controls-the-ball-like-a-wet-bar-of-soap routine. I didn't rate him particularly highly for us, but we've had far worse.
  18. Mark Ridgers seems to be in the same category as Mark Brown was for us in that for ICT he's excellent but not rated by anyone else.
  19. CaleyD was back on the tannoy for the Clyde game. As you can imagine, it was full of his usual blend of attention seeking and cringe. I can't help but feel sorry for the guy to be honest though, there's something not right there.
  20. It's the take of someone who's lived on Planet Caley Thistle for a little too long.
  21. Seems to be back on the scene now Graeme Rae has left the building.
  22. He is a bit of an attention seeker but the Tuvaluans seemed a nice bunch.
  23. That was probably the best game I've seen Trafford have.
