    Do Hull need cash? Considering how few games he's played for them I'd be surprised if anyone is going to offer enough to interest Hull. I'd assume they'd want a good bit more than they paid for him.

    Mugabi on the ball gives me the fear. I'm assuming that when McGinley is fit again he'll be left back and Lamie will take Mugabi's place. Depending on how Lamie is doing, I wouldn't be surprised if McGinley takes his place when Carroll returns.

    It's good to know that 43 years later St. Mirren fans don't still hold a grudge - it seems to get raised every time we play them. I'm sure Fergie's autobiography gives it a mention as well.

    This is going to come across as a complete yer da' comment but some keepers would do a lot better if they just stayed on their feet until the penalty is taken. Nobody was saving that Ross Stewart penalty but the Livingston one was absolutely straight down the middle.

    Really? I didn't particularly see any although Livi were taking a very long time over the throws towards the end. We were brutal though with any football on display coming from Livi. Two well taken goals just about justifying our point but it's not one I'll be looking to watch again.

    I was in Oban a few weeks ago and popped into the distillery shop. They sell 200ml bottles of their 14yo for £17. Obviously more expensive pro-rata than a full bottle at £45 but not too expensive for giving it a decent try.

    What was he supposed to be doing? Self-flagellating in the departure lounge or going around personally apologising for not tracking back with Keith Lasley joining him for going for his penalty conceding record?

    One of the main benefits of the show is the chance to analyse key incidents such as penalty decisions, sending-offs etc. You don't get that on the SPFL Youtube channel and the pundits are needed to talk these through rather than just showing different angles or slow-motion footage.

    I've been impressed with Ross Stewart every time I've seen him and he's caused us problems before. County seem happy to let us knock it across the park as we're doing nothing out wide and we have no link up play up front.

    It's difficult to get any idea of how we're shaping up as we've generally been fielding two different sides in the pre-season games and the results have been fairly unimpressive. How have County looked pre-season?

    Of course he's real. I have my doubts about the Tooth Fairy though and the Easter Bunny is recent American nonsense if you ask me.
