  1. Running water? At Somerset? Please……….. The home end doesn't even have soap.
  2. Doesn't matter where we are, you'll be in the seaside league.
  3. But it is. You weren't allowed into the first game at RP and this will probably be your last chance to see your team face their closest rivals on their own patch for a good few years. Go on, buy a ticket and come up and visit your neighbours one last time.
  4. Or is it a case that he just hasn’t been caught. He has shown absolutely no contrition into his actions and indeed managed to wriggle out of paying for his actions. While I don’t condone anything Martindale has done in his past,at least he has paid his dues and tried to make amends.
  5. Do you know what lads? I enjoyed the banter earlier on, but given what’s been put on this forum I’m amazed the mods haven’t intervened. Im as broad minded as the next man but come on and give it a rest. Please. Especially as none of you had any vested interest into the thread in the first place.
  6. What a great idea. As you said,, there is a huge vacuum in society for men to have somewhere to socialise without the expectation of having to drink alcohol. Great initiative. Well done A#r.
  7. Thank f**k it’s only you lot next. We won’t be that bad twice in a row.
  8. Fair fucks to Arbroath, the better team by a mile won the game. we were absolutely awful but let’s put that down to Dicks tactics. Hope they win the play offs…………..
  9. 100% this. We are a bigger and better supported club than Ayr. FACT, but I accept it doesn’t look clever when we have to come on here and boast about it. However, there’s a massive derby coming up which will mean so much for bragging rights as well as getting important points on the table for both clubs. It seems, from current ticket sales, that Ayr fans aren’t interested for some reason. I don’t get the argument that if you don’t pay for a ticket we’ll go bust….that’s just plain stupid. The best way surely would be to go along and try to help your team take points off us, as that would hurt us more than a few misguided fans withholding their dosh. That said, you’re going to get humped anyway.
  10. The internet warrior returns…..you’ll probably be one of the many watching in the safety of your home. Be careful out there.
  11. You can have him for nothing at the end of the season. He’s been utter shite for us but there seems to be player in there somewhere and I’d hate for him to be the difference between us if you got him just now.
  12. I can understand not going because you are shite, “your words” , but given that it’s been a few years since you’ve been able to watch a derby on your closest opponents ground, the possibility exists it will be your last chance for the forseeable future. Not trying to point score, but given current league placings and current form, we may not be in the same league next year, for one reason or another. If it was me, I’d want get along, cheer my team and enjoy the atmosphere. Come on up, we’ll make you very welcome. gutted to hear about Alex Ingram as I had a lot of respect for him as a player and I clearly remember the fuss he caused when he apparently tried to buy Killie. Sad news.
  13. I bow to your vast encyclopaedic knowledge, but My point was that he is totally unprepared to change how he conducts himself on or off the pitch.
  14. Broadfoot does not listen to anyone telling him how to play or train. At Killie he was one of the ringleaders who got Allesio sacked. This, if you remember was someone who had coached at the highest level all over Europe and was very well respected in the game. Dodds has no chance getting him to listen to him.
  15. The Killie board dithered far too long last season when we were clearly struggling and everyone could see that a change of manager was obvious. They left it far too late, leaving the new man no time to work the transfer market and the rest, I'm afraid, is history. Best of luck for the rest of the season, as from the outside looking in, you are going to need it.
  16. Dodds is a very angry wee man. His actions in the dugout on Saturday were almost as entertaining as the match itself. I sit just behind the dugouts and enjoyed his antics, every decision against his team led him to turn and gesticulate angrily at the bench. Unlike some managers, he cant take any 'banter' thrown at him, Yogi remains the master of that. Unsure about his merits in management but he's certainly very passionate about his job, ...................and he's still a nasty wee New Cumnock jobbie.
  17. I think you are mistaking me for a Morton fan, don't think we are worrying about going down at the minute. I know it was a big shout but they seem to be the team in the relegation fight who are turning the corner and have started playing the best football, but you never know....................
  18. what a horrible troll you are. Imrie was a dirty wee shite of a player but he seems to have worked wonders with what little he has available and his tactical changes against us a few weeks ago were impressive and deserved the point they got. No chance Morton will go down.
  19. He may well be a DKB but he's also a decent midfielder, big and strong with some degree of skill and a decent attitude and work ethic. I'm surprised he's been released and I'm sure some Pars fans will agree with that, you could do a whole lot worse.
