Went to the chili's gig at hampen last night night. First up were "reverend and the makers" , and man, they were pish. Cocky frontman giving all the hand gestures, and when he was booed, he asked the crowd "dont you like us then?" errrm, no! Then we had biffy clyro - first time i've saw them live, but they were excellent. Only gripe was that they didnt play "questions and answers". The chili peppers - good set, with a mixture of old and new thrown in. "cant stop" was the highlight song of the night for me. For some reason though, they didnt play "under the bridge". Couple of nags about the gig - over-priced food and drink, and daft wee neds banging into folk.

Smartarse. I'm just saying that morrison's is better than sainsburys, full stop. My other half works at sainsbury's, she gets a staff discount as well, but morrisons works out better with all the BOGOF offers.

Go to morrison's instead. We went there yesterday and got a trolley-load of stuff for just over 30 quid. We didnt go near the deli counter though.

In today's fife free press (kirkcaldy local newspaper) today, there is an advert for a kirkcaldy-based celtic supporters club, encouraging people to "join up, come and see the trophies and the new signings at parkhead, against kilmarnock on the first game of the new spl season" surely the local paper should be encouraging folk to go and watch their local team instead of trying to turn them into glory hunters? the other week there was a competition for kids to win a tour of ibrox
