  1. My first football memory was being 3 and visiting our old neighbours and there son giving me a pile of his football sticker doublers, I didn’t have a album so just stuck them on some white paper, I probably had no idea what they were. My first game was the 1985 Rous Cup match, we were standing just the other side of the fence from the England fans which was definitely a eye opening experience, it scared my Dad enough he didn’t take me back to a Scotland game for years. I was definitely disappointed after when I went to my first league game and discovered that police horses charges and mass riots weren’t a normal match experience!
  2. DAFC there 12 August it’s Cheaper for me and my 15 year old to book a 2 day pitch in the Cairngorms that weekend, that’s including fuel and food. I know where we will be!
  3. I don’t know about that, he has those little fat fingers that Elton John has! That should have been a huge red flag! It’s really all our fault for not spotting it!
  4. When he came on on Saturday they used his name, but last Tuesday I am sure they used trialist and definitely did against Cove, couldn’t hear for the St Pauli game.
  5. I think Stephen Nolan is one of BBCs most dislikable presenters, I would love it to be him.
  6. The young trialist was definitely an impressive addition in the second half, before he came on the game had swung in their favour. His put through for McCann was possibly our best individual set of play. Would definitely be happy if we add him as a squad addition it’s not that we have a huge amount of options/ backup.
  7. What was the yellow thing on the back of the strip? I sit too high up to get a proper look.
  8. Only good thing that came from Covid was confirmation that Fife aren’t Central Belt
  9. I managed to get away with that twice watching The Tour, first time in Annecy, “the French Alps would make a great holiday, watched 3 stages! Then the next year in the South. Funny enough this morning I sent her a villa about 45min from Lille as a suggestion for our October holiday, she knows the cycling won’t be on so I suspect I will get away with it!
  10. That used to be the whole point of going to a midweek game, unfortunately now I have grown up and have a job and need to drive to games, however 5 hours sleep definitely seems worthwhile this morning, still buzzing, thank you Scotland.
  11. Got my boy home for 1:15, adamant he will make registration tomorrow. Doesn’t want to give his mum ammunition for away midweek game, England including. He doesn’t realise that there is no chance I am driving for the England game, we both get 2 days off and only making it as far as grans after!
  12. His career will be ended due to someone publishing his internet history!
  13. I wouldn’t recommend picking a fight with a problem drinker, had me thinking of bumfights those guys were Weebles they just wouldn’t stay down.
  14. The SNP must have close to that stashed away for the A9 Duelling as apparently it was full funded and they still have 90% to go!
  15. There wasn’t a vote, only evidence we have is previous voting patterns
  16. A new Premier+ league was announced, where ever team outwith the Old Firm will be considered B Teams, but in this refreshing model only there results will count in a special league of 2. It was decided unanimously (oven ready decision didn’t need a vote) that it was for the greater good of all Scotland
  17. Not a great fan, looks like the 1991 Aberdeen strip, far too shiny.
  18. Dundee United real £1030 for an Adult and 2 U12? That’s mental pricing. £408 for a Adult, U18 & U12 at EEP. Youth are what will keep Scottish football going, it’s never going to be a game subsided by tv. The Pars big benefit this season came from the Young team in the NW, definitely brought something to the game that the players lapped up. We priced there season tickets at £50 and definitely reaped the benefits, as they brought mates in etc, the NW season tickets have sold out for next year already.
  19. Sparrow Hawk, I get them in my garden going after the wood pigeons, at first when I noticed the feather debris it was a cat until I saw it, the Crows tend to mobbing it when it appears.
  20. I can’t claim to have anything more than a passing interest in women’s football, much like looking at results in an obscure league (yes I look at many). However with Glasgow City being there I always hopes that the women’s game would evolve with out the biggit show getting in, with more local female clubs using established grounds sadly that looks less likely! The head but incident just shows how they bring everything down to there level. There next step to ruin the game is the B Clubs and Conference League, new techniques of destroying it from the bottom up!
  21. Not what I am drinking but what I am eating, going up the hills tomorrow but just eaten my rolls I had made.
  22. As a 47 year old I would definitely rebuke this law and date a 81 year old, love is love
  23. It’s next to Prince Charles Bay, that has to give it at least 3 Staunch Points?
  24. The Salt and Sauce divide is Harthill, beyond there my map just say “there might be dragons”
