  1. I didn't die in 2 world wars to be told by some Captain Darling-esque desk jockey that I need to go and die in another world war.
  2. I watched that this week. A really magnificent film.
  3. That M1 between Brisbane and the Gold Coast is one of the worst roads I've driven for lunatics trying to kill each other
  4. I don't know why, but ive never got into TBB. Any episodes ive watched all seem to be good, but ive just never invested any time in it.
  5. We mostly have luxurious oak floors throughout.
  6. Finally went down and defeated Ganon in TOTK. Now just faffing about completing all the shrines/lightroots and generally messing about. Magnificent
  7. Hard drive checks for the "Pro Ev" crowd. Disgusting.
  8. I'd agree with this. It's an excellent view of the game that you don't get sitting lower down or in the corner.
  9. I was walking out my wife's office on St Enoch Sq the other evening after I had been in doing some work. It's a pedestrianised area so I wasn't really expecting a Just Eat c**t on one of these e-bikes with the big chunky tyres to go skelping past me at about 30 miles an hour as I came out the door.
  10. I went to see Reginald D Hunter at the Pavilion in Glasgow years ago. It was a really strange night. He absolutely died on his arse, and really seemed like he couldn't be fucked. After almost bang on 60 minutes on stage, he announced that he had "done his obligated time" (or words to that effect) and that was it. Folk sort of hung about expecting him to come back out and he didn't.
  11. I see that starting with the Livi game, we are trialing moving smaller away supports up to the club deck. Enjoy the stairs!
  12. Worryingly, I called Jeremy Vine "bike nonce" on here the other day. Am I Joey Barton?
  13. I am 44, and have never been so offended in my life.
  14. How very fucking dare you. His renditions of Loyal and True to the tune of Will Your Anchor Hold were worth the admission fee alone. I mind an Aberdeen (?) fan took exception to it and ran on to, I assume, tell him this and fell on his c**t as he got there.
