Guest
Twisted my knee slightly last night playing 5s and have a game of 11s tonight, has anyone ever used KT/Rocktape for support? Is it any good?

I've watched several youtube videos, no doubt I'll still make a c**t of it but I'll give it a go.

This is the point I've realised the world has gone saft. #Snowflake.

I remember a dry sponge getting thrown on to an ash park if you were lucky enough to be close to the side.

Proper witch stuff.

I played on after my foot went down a rabbit hole (quality pitch). Had a splint for 6 weeks. Playing rugby I got accidentally nutted and my canine tooth (what was left) went through my cheek. Didn’t wait for ref etc, just ran to the changing room, packed all the bits of gum and gristle back into place using some bog roll and matches to brace it against my teeth then played the rest of the game. Looked like I’d had a stroke for a year or so though until my mouth recovered.
