In the case of Petrie yes but Megginson played pretty regularly for us. Last year I would've been gutted to lose Mitch, this year not so much. In his first season with us he was superb, brimming full of confidence and scoring a fair whack. Last season he was pretty hopeless but I'm willing to put that down to him being a victim of Murray's shite tactics. It was very frustrating watching him last season but he looked pretty low on confidence. I do however hope his shite form continues. Nothing against the guy but for purely selfish reasons. He agreed a deal before Murray left but never actually signed. The offer is still on the table and he appears to be weighing up his options. There is a chance but I'd guess it would need to be a pretty substantial offer to tempt him. He has a few things on the go outside of football I think so the part-time wage (will be our top earner no doubt) plus his job salary will probably be beyond the likes of yourselves and from what Murray's moaning about I'd guess St Mirren as well.
