If its either of them then the board have made a mess of this.

I was meaning Scott Brown who is at Ayr now. Not our captain Scott brown. I’d prefer him over Fox. He’s definitely doing something good at Ayr right now

Yeh I mean him as well.  So far hes not done much to show hes a far better manager than Murray during his time with Fleetwood or with Ayr up to now.  He wouldn't be a disaster but not convinced hes going to take us forward.  His Ayr team have started well but we are only a handful of games in.

Today would be the perfect day to announce it just to hep me maintain my routine.

Friday morning dog walk - listen to Oh No No No podcast (I suspect they would record one tonight if an announcement was made early enough)

Friday lunchtime dog walk - listen to Terrace lower league podcast

These Twitter accounts, like many folk on here, are just regurgitating information seen in ‘my mate who is in the know heard this…’ patter from group chats.

It is good to have a discussion about potential folk to think of the possibilities, in my opinion that is what this forum is for, but trying to kid on you know more than others for clout is something I will never understand. If you were trusted with information, and you went and blared it out to everyone at the first opportunity, why would you be trusted with it again? It makes no sense.

At best, you ruin an exciting announcement for a few ‘likes’ or the equivalent, and at worst you get it wrong and look like a fool.

I think we’ve seen plenty of the latter.

in slightly less dramatic news we have an official confectionary paetner. Who knew such a position existed.

Is it not odd that a confectionary company would have 'Marketing' as part of their name?

Scott Brown is not the answer, unless the board are trying to turn us into wee Celtic. I'd be gutted if someone with such little experience got the job, if they don't get an experienced manager in then the board have seriously let the club down and wasted a lot of money paying off Murray

What would "turn us into a wee Celtic" look like?

No matter who gets the job some folk will have a wee moan.

Might be worth keeping an eye on Ayr social media today.Pre match interview with player up, but nothing with manager.

Looking at their LinkedIn page I think they supply and market existing sweetie brands rather than actually making their own.

The pre-match interview often appears on a Friday or sometimes a Saturday. Besides, I'm not sure you could really call Jamie Murphy's chat as pre-match interview.

Aye, I'm not sure he's signed any in his time so far

Unless he’s referring to the money spinning home friendly he presumably helped to arrange. Must have been a real shitter for the club that one.
