Probably pareidolia; but I can see a face in that courgette and poori.

Basically the Indian version of scottish deep fried bread. The chapatis dont soak up as much oil as a mother's pride heel but nevertheless indian heart attack.
I think this is a positive review of the poori but just need to check..... you think they are amazing too, dont you?

8mile, a chicken poori is my starter of choice in an Indian restaurant. Usually served with less filling than that picture to be honest.

It’s just one of those things I’ve always overlooked. On the to-do list.
