I still maintain that the majority on P&B would shag Poy Treechada and live with their conscience.

In fairness a good majority of folk on P&B would shag the hair on a barbers floor so you're probably right.

Yeah, LadyBoy Lover.

Surely it is pretty widespread knowledge that sic is into ladyboys.  He admitted it in a candid moment a couple of years back,

I’m not being judgemental btw, to each their own.

Do you play at being a doddery old c**t or does it come naturally?

Define "into" To quote E. Blackadder: "I find the Victoria sewage tunnel network interesting but I'm not going to poke about in it with a pair of tweezers!"

More a quick question but it's appropriate here given the discussion - When everyone meets someone new (male), be it a taxi driver or a friend of a friend etc. how long does it take everyone to get onto the topic of football? I find I last about 3 questions before I ask if they are into football. If the answer is no or they support Sellic or The Rangers it kills the conversation dead mind you.

I try to be subtle about it and generally try and drop into the conversation something about watching a game earlier or the likes. Can be difficult over here to talk about the Scottish game as generally people only know Celtic or Rangers, very occasionally Hearts/Hibs/Aberdeen and on a very very rare occasion St Johnstone.

Tend to mix with people from all corners of the globe, but have socialised with folk who support teams that have played Scottish sides in Europe. Them, or the heavy gamblers, are the only folk who have heard of anyone other than "Glasgow" or "the Celtics".

If you could arrange for the people that know more than just rangers and Celtic to guest on sportsound, that should dramatically improve the show.
Whenever I speak to people not from Scotland, I’m always surprised and weirdly proud when they know more than just two clubs. It’s always surprising and pleasing meeting a Scotsman abroad that doesn’t support one of them as well.

Strangely a name that keeps coming up here is Motherwell but no one can explain to me why.

Motherwell played Dortmund in Europe, then signed Paul Lambert. Obviously the Raith/Bayern game is more memorable in Kircaldy than Munich.

Hell, I would take that over "So, do you support Manchester?"

Lassie in my work claims to be a huge Bayern fan(Grew up just outside the city) but has absolutely zero recollection of that tie and refused to believe me when I told her Raith went 1-0 up over there. She was sure I had photoshopped the famous scoreboard photo until she done her own research.

It would probably only take about 3 Russians to throw them off that bridge. Maybe even 2 and the third one could just hold their coats.

I feel almost guilty for hoping they chant "Putin takes it up the arse" in Kaliningrad.
