mid-table
The DVLA also have quite defined rules about how number plates are displayed. For example, the one I saw last night was technically displayed illegally as the letters weren't evenly spaced. There are various other rules in place about fonts, sizes and spacing, although it doesn't seem to be very well policed judging by the number of plates I see displayed incorrectly.

Saw one a few weeks ago that spelled out star ship somehow, I can't quite work out how it was done though.

GypsyTillIDie
P4 PNK was regularly seen around Rutherglen/Bridgeton a few years ago in a bright pink mini/VW Beetle (can't remember which!) -always raised a chuckle.

Yeah I've seen that quite a few times, I'm pretty sure it's C8 though. It's definetly a letter and a number.

djchapsticks
See a Red Fiesta leaving the Industrial Estate where I work with T4 CUM. Strangely enough it's a young guy of 20ish driving it and he certainly looks like the neddy typem and not in anyway light on his feet. He must take pelters for it.
lichtgilphead
Paul Tosh had H 11 OSH when he played for Dundee. Sadly, he had spaced it so it looked like HI IOSH and stuck a bit of tape or something across the top of the second 1 so it looked a bit like a T. Probably one of the worst I've seen.
