Shadwell Dog
Kevin O'Hara can't get a game for one of the poorest Dunfermline sides in years FFS. Yes Alloa fans will tell you how superb he is but we know what that means.
Guest
If that’s our business done for the window, then where we are is where we will remain. Our midfield will make sure of it. Shadwell Dog
Thing is more likely to get loan deals over the line during the week once the premier League clubs get their squads finalised.

More likely and makes sense of Rennies after match interview.

Their pitch is like a ploughed field. The certainly is a hindrance as it will be for QP. They wouldn’t have won the league with Rudden in their team either IMO

Harry Kinnear
O’Hara would offer another option for me. Telfer, McGuffie, Morrison and Nesbitt all offer the same.

You’d be giving away for free a player with ability who is inconsistent and replacing him with a player who’s just consistently poor. O’Hara would just end up another player needing punted come the end of the season. Edited January 31, 2022 by PedroMoutinho

Scored 10 goals one season for Alloa but other than that has done very little any club he’s been at. He was poor for East Fife and Stenhousemuir at this level.

He’s surely a better option up front than Wilson or Ompreon, even off the bench. It’s all about opinions but I just feel that there is nothing between the 4 previously mentioned players, they all offer the same and are all inconsistent. Morrisons final ball is horrendous and his finishing isn’t up to much.
Long Suffering Bairn
offloading Wilson, Ompreon and McKay would have been welcome and would have helped demonstrate Rennie's judgement. He's no miracle worker though. Wilson has a 2 year deal and will be on higher wages than anyone is willing to pay at the level he should be playing at. Mackay has a 3 year deal so again won't be going anywhere without a huge payoff. We're stuck with that pair for a good while yet.

Problem is Wilson can only go to Elgin, Ompreon is hardly going to have clubs queuing up and McKay is unlikely to give up 2.5 more years of income.
