craigkillie
Its an incredible myth that Sheils tried his best to integrate youngsters into the team. He was forced to play them due to misusing his budget and then realised the fans loved the fact youngsters were being involved so he pushed on with that philosophy. The fact he spunked this seasons budget at Kilmarnock on three players, two of which are goalkeepers, and neglected to strengthen anywhere else should tell you how inept he is He didn't get the chance to "strengthen elsewhere" because he was sacked in June.

RoversMad
Apparently Gary O'Connor is training with Morton with a view to a short term deal. Last picture I saw of him a few months ago, he had fair put on the chunk, so I have no idea what his current shape might be.Don't worry, once he's got contract money in his pocket & back on the finest columbian the weight will just fall off.

Lex
Paul McGowan Comparing Gary O'Connor with Paul McGowan? Don't get it. What do they have in common? They both have a criminal record and... ? It's not exactly an uncommon trait in footballers. TheTroll
