Spain
Alasdair Lamont @BBCAlLamont Interesting news to follow from @BBCRaymondB re SPL and dual contracts among other things. Whatever next?? Just in time for the lunchtime news?
Broccoli Dog
Never actually heard of Jimmy Bell but that is some frown/scowl on his fizzer. He looks like the end boss of a video game based in a masonic hall.
Happy Buddie
Cute. Clearly meant to wind folk up. Never actually heard of Jimmy Bell but that is some frown/scowl on his fizzer. Really just sums up how the Orcs think and why they behave as they do.

Jim McLean's Ghost
Yes, the BBC are wrong. Is this some sort of startling revelation to you? That the BBC are in fact fallible? You seem very excited by it. Far more so than the fact that D&P have run up a bill 7 times what they claimed they would on 11th February 2012 Not really, some people on here can read a balance sheet, but look below Not according to the cva. Charges and fees are £5.5m (so far). Not all the charges and fees go to Duff and Phelps. Page 1331, Welsh Bairn has posted a balance sheet, £3M admin costs plus £0.5M to administer the CVA got to D&P.
Thistle_do_nicely
I've never heard of Jimmy Bell until now. Sounds like a lovely chap.
madwullie
Which category do you fit in.....hhmmmm, let me guess? I don't have a clue about accountancy, administration, law or liquidation as I've said a couple of times. Some people on here clearly do.
Boghead ranter
They would have to re apply I'd imagine, both to the SPL and the SFL. If both reject then they'll still not get in If you get suspended from work, you don't have to re-apply for your job once your suspension is lifted.
itzdrk
i think the wee bigot kitman is also the bus driver , he certainly was in the past anyway
T_S_A_R
Im sure pretty much every journalist has been told to f**k off many times in their career, many of them by far more important people than Souness. Doesnt stop them asking though. And why would he tell them to f**k off. OK, it is his private business, but if he's nothing to hide and the transaction was completely above board, why not say so and stop all the speculation? Thats what Billy Dodds did who would tell a stranger about your private finances - especially when that stranger is going to print it in his newspaper and leave it online forever more? no one. DXBBud
"Hughie" Green seeking urgent talks with the SFA is nothing but a joke. If he/currants/Dumb & Dumber were serious about such talks they should have taken place as a matter of urgency BEFORE going to the CoS, not afterwards once they realise they have scored the biggest own goal in the putrid history of their club.
Savage Henry
I'd love to know why no one appears to have asked Graeme Souness why he was getting £30k from Rangers ten years after he stopped working for them (and the alleged rest). I think you mean he is reserving his right to talk only to the police or a competent authority .. It's quite common practice. There is no implication of wrongdoing by Souness here.
itzdrk
i don't think any administrators are trustworthy to be honest. they love running up bills. i've have believed this entire thing is a stitch up since day one between murray, whyte, and later D&P, ticketus, the blue knights, miller, ng and green. however i also think that they know their way around the law and are doing everything by the book officially. the end game is to pay as little of the tax bill as possible while retaining ibrox, murray park and spl membership. for all P&B has lol'd at them in this thread the final result is most likely to be whyte, haudit and daudit 1 - P&B admin experts - 0. whether ticketus were fleeced or not is still unclear. it's unbelievable that they would have credit checked craig whyte and rangers and still handed them £24 million cash. there are "certain circumstances" where duffman is the only person who gets any money from rangers apparently it wouldnt surprise me atall if that was the plan as a said when i found that news out
ribzanelli
Never heard of the guy until this pic was posted. Sorry if this appears rude but if the Rangers kit man is portrayed as some sort of national character then it helps show what's wrong with Scottish football. The guy lays out socks and cleans up dirty jock straps. He is nothing but of course he works for the OF and is a well known bigot so he's somebody? If I misread the implication then apologies. I've seen him in the dugout hunners of times and wondered who he was, but never wondered enough to actually bother finding out
SirAndrewWebster
I want them dead forever. Actually, that sounds better. I like your thinking
craigkillie
If you get suspended from work, you don't have to re-apply for your job once your suspension is lifted. And Rangers wouldn't have to re-apply to the SFA. But the leagues are a different matter.
Owsley
I want them in the third division, with a year long transfer ban and a twenty point deduction to start them off in the third division. That sounds fair enough. No, no, no. It must be a 40 point penalty, that way they'll never make the play offs. They probably would with even a 30 point deduction. They have to suffer at least two seasons in the Third.

Dundee Admin thread was proof of that..
