Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!

On RM they a tiptoeing about as nobody wants to get banned but one more bad result and nothing will stop the knives coming out. Fat Sally is living on borrowed time and he is in a no-win situation. Once the transfer window closes then the vultures will come home to roost and it will be bye-bye Sally.

Can they get rid of him, doesn't he own 10% of Sevco or something?

FAO of Sevco fans!

Instead of witnessing the harrowing sight of your teams next away game, perhaps a wee holiday is required to take your mind off it.

You don't even have to go far, for that get away from it all experience, the likes of Millport is but "a wee trip doon the water".

So go ahead, you might well find that once you've gone, you'll never come back. But never mind, should you have that hankering for the sporting field again, you will always be able to "try Bute" instead. ;)

From the scottish football monitor, ie what was the RTC blog................................Interesting even if a lot is supposition. Would mean Craigy is still on the scene and by feck they are far from 'debt free'...........

When Sevco purchased the assets of RFC(IA) it did not get a clean title to the assets. This suggests Craig Whyte agreed to the sale on condition that his floating charge moved with the assets. This claim is now formally registered by Sevco at Companies House as a claim against the RFC assets purchased from D&P

Moving the floating charge with the assets ensures none of the RFC Creditors can challenge the CW floating charge without challenging the D&P sale to Green

It also means Green can argue that Sevco has a debt of £27.5m This gives the bad guys an argument to siphon off £27.5m after the share issue in October 2012.

Roll the fuk on Thursday, ur lot are the only ones we have managed to beat on the road (in normal time) so far this season

That's your problem though, you've got to raise your game every week & not just try your best when playing against against the Big Teams.

If this these are the true facts ... then this is scandalous. Corruption and fraud on a massive scale with D&P certainly being in on the act given their involvement with Craig Whyte.

I am surprised that HMRC would allow this to go unchallenged ...

Effectively it means the assets were valued at £33m I think, the floating charge plus the £5.5m bid. Might rule out a challenge on it being sold under value, but it would lead to a whole lot of fun :D

I shall be at Berwick Rangers v Rangers tomorrow with my nephew. Could have went to Anfield but decided on Berwick.

Save yourself the trip, Rangers are dead (& being liquidated), all you'll find, visiting Berwick, is a Sevco tribute act appearing at Sheilfield against the home club. ;)

It's a bit like "Stars in Their Eyes". They'd love to be yesteryears dead legends, but nothing will ever bring them back. 8)

& a poor one at that.

They can't be crap they are dead , Sevco continue to underachieve despite the investment so they are crap. Nothing worse than a bad tribute act.

Quite.

... and, at current rate of spending, when the tribute act goes under, who will be the tribute act's Tribute Act? ?

These " business men" who've pumped in a few million, only to see the CrapGers fcuking up all over the place, must be whispering rather loudly in Chuckies ear by now about getting in a proper manager or they'll be looking to make a hasty withdrawal. .....

My sides hurt.... !!

Obvious one that. It would have to be David Gold from West Ham.

The conspiracy theorists in Govan would have the full set then, Green, Whyte and Gold.........wink.gif

Serious question for the Sevco fans on here. Why on earth are you not constantly lobbying the msm for answers? It's obvious that crooks (from Minty onwards) have been and are plundering your club. If you are as well supported as you claim to be, why don't you use that leverage to demand answers?

Just curious.

Because since day 1 they have assumed the media and everyone else is against them, spreading lies

Only when it's deemed "negative", they don't seem to have a problem with signings, wealth off the radar, global brand, coisty's a gem type stories. That's why they're a conman's dream gig.

It does seem a bit off the scale that the Sevco supporters don't seem to want to know what's going on in the background.

Chucky may well just be an independent opportunist, or he may be bent over with Whyte being balls deep in him. It is staggering that after all this time, no one really knows what's going on. Rangers supporters, please, please, please start asking difficult questions about the whole set up at Ibrox.

If something similar was going on at Man Utd, Everton, Arsenal etc., you could be pretty certain that the English media would be all over it like a tramp on chips.

Let's face it, Rangers were a multi million pound industry with an international brand that's been exported all over the world. In many ways, they were one of the international public faces of Scotland. Surely the extent of investigation into its demise should amount to slightly more than a few internet bloggers? (Who have done a fantastic job so far, by the way). For the love of God, surely our whole country deserves more than that?

If the media in Scotland are incapable of carrying out any type of investigative journalism, it begs the question; what would happen if Scotland were an independent country? Would the media be equally lazy if Russian gangsters decided that a small independent country would be the ideal place to control and launder crime money through? Would they just stand aside for the price of a succulent lamb dinner?

Shame on you Scottish media. The public deserves better that the current wall of silence.
