timmy Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 You could ask SARS. However if you could be bothered reading; "Mr King, who is due to appear in court again in September, has been released on bail and his passport and assets have been seized." You mean you don't know. Dave king had the chance to buy the club in 2006 and decided not to. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bing (2) Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Looks like we will not find out, he seems to have fooked off, but I will remind you of this little nugget if he resurfaces with a bag of cash, I think this place would go nuts to be honest. By all means, and yes it would go nuts. But not for the reasons you think Tedi, but because other rules were being broken for him to do so. Remember he is not meant not to be near the Ibrox boardroom for a long while, as the clumpany died under his stewardship (12 months applies). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BossHogg Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Don't know what? All of his assets were frozen in 2002, this sequestration was partly lifted later that year, but the court declared that he could not invest any of his personal wealth internationally, this remained in place until he settled his tax issues with them in 2013. You have been found wanting on this start to finish. ^^^dont argue with the new QC ,,he can site every court case in history to back his case , from South African tax cases, to every insolvent European football Club from the last 30 years. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

youngsy Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Was that prior to the share issue that Murray had to underwrite ? The rights issue was in 2004, shareholders only took up £1.5 million of the issue, Murray underwriting stood at £51 million, iirc. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BossHogg Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 How many weeks before Tedi starts to back the board again? ,,,after King Liar fades away? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
timmy Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Yes I did, it is just that you have a problem with reading, you have demonstrated this from the minute you started this discussion. All of his assets were frozen in 2002, later that year some of the sequestration was lifted to allow him to pay some tax. His overseas cash were also frozen `In recent weeks, King has -rightly -used the judgment to travel overseas to “unfreeze” cash that had been seized in Jersey and Guernsey. By all accounts, the overseas courts weren’t amused that all this cash had been frozen more than a decade earlier, yet King hadn’t pleaded to the numerous criminal charges he faced.` You could also look at the fact of the stock in his company rising by around 500% in 3 months, when he finally settled and those assets were then released, it wiped out (on paper) the entire amount he agreed to pay in tax. I am asking you to name them. All of them is not naming them. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TheLip69 Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Never put No8 down as the handwringing type... Really? There are that many different No8's there's bound to be a handwringer among them. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
timmy Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Are you for real? Again you don't know. Yet you are using this for your basis that dave king couldn't buy rangers before all this happened. Excuses, excuses excuses. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 King could easily make an offer for the club / shares right now if he wanted. Apparently he does have wealth off the radar 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Fotbawmad Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Surely they're going to sell off Murray Park in the near future. That place must cost an absolute fortune to run every year. A place like that is not sustainable unless your in the Champions League every year, which unless the format changes by doubling the amount of entrants, then they won't be playing in it for a long time. Maybe building that hotel would have been a better idea after all. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 it turns out that CW owns it all. That would be hilarious if true. So far Davey hasn't put up a single penny. He's not even bought a season ticket 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dirty dingus Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 See all these AC Milano knock offs they are buying, who's shares are they going to buy with the profits? Supposedly the Spivs have been hoovering em up lately no doubt trying to get over the Armageddon %. Maybe the Gaffer will sell em his for a hansom profit. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Macshimmy Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Has anybody else noticed that the website advertising those Black and Red 'Nike' strips was built by a web design company... who don't yet have their own website, are based in Yorkshire, and are called - "sneaky trick" seems legit.http://www.sneakytrick.com/?tmpl=comingsoon 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nsr Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 In fairness, I work in IT web consultancy and some companies are so busy with client work it takes them a long time to actually get around to developing their own site. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
