#Gary
Casino Royale - 7/10 The jumps that the black guy was making at the start were the most unrealistic things I have ever seen though.

Latino Lover
This is England - 7/10 Well made and well acted but the storyline was quite obvious. Interesting though as I was only a kid at the time of the falklands. Alos was unaware they had beaches in the midlands

Guest Hampden Ton
Spider-man 3 - 4/10 (and I'm being generous!) Compared to the first two films, I can sum this one up in one word - Disappointing. The plot is all over the place and the lengthy dialogue, 2mins of action, lengthy dialogue, 2mins of action approach was very irritating. Trying to cram in 3 villans and the world's most over-complicated love-triangle, hurts this film badly. Sandman was boring, the new Goblin was under-used and Venom barely made an appearance (and when he did, he had the annoying urge to reveal his 'true face' all the time!). Incidentally, they should really have re-named this film 'Peter Parker', as I generally felt that Spider-man was hardly in it! The brief action sequences were okay, but the one at the end seemed far too familiar. I can only wonder how much better the whole thing could have been if this had been spread out over 2 films, rather than one. Its very obvious that the majority of the money for this film was spent on the special fx and not the plot. Yes, the sfx are good, but a it doesn't help when the movie is too long and overly-complicated (Star Wars Episode 1 anyone?). The movies high points belonged to, without doubt, any scene featuring J Jonah Jameson (also sadly under-used) and to Bruce Campbell, who's French Restaurant cameo was very funny. If there is to be a Spider-man 4, please stick to the format that works - one villan (hopefully it'll be Mysterio!) and more Spider-man!

Guest Comeonthelads
This is England Excellent film, thought the kid Shaun was a superb actor. Showed another side to gangs and why people become part of one. A serious theme but some absolutely hilarious bits.
Half A Person
Saw 3 - pretty poor. Not a patch on the first one, that's for sure.
Bowie_1888
Downfall - 10/10 It's the story of Hitlers bunker during the last days of the Nazi's as Berlin is being bombarded with all sorts of weapons. The film was made by a German guy (can't mind his name), and it was up for an oscar, which i think was thoroughly deserved. It's on Film 4 so i'm sure it'll be on again soon and i'd recommend it to everyone. The subtitles take a small time to get used to but after that it's a very harrowing tale of a very dangerous and deluded man.
