SaltyTON
After that I endured AVP. I'd give Bride and P a 3/10 for the tasty bird in it and AVP gets a 3/10 as well as I thought I'd enjoy it more whilst rubbered. I didn't. A nice bit of skirt might have made it more watchable. That's got me thinking. I'm off to my blog to discuss my favourite good looking actresses. Paul WS Anderson - PPPPPPPRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!
SaintSam
Saw II. I thought it was ten times better than the first. That twist at the end was brilliant! 9/10!
footiechick
Back to the Future Trilogy Part I - 9/10 Part II - 8/10 Part III - 7/10
supermac
Syriana - Gripping enough, and good performances from Clooney amonst others, but didn't really go anywhere, and without giving anything away, it seemed to say nothing more than "America is corrupt". Well duh! 6/10 Just back from seeing it at the cinema. My head hurts from trying to follow it all. But nicely shot, some decent performances and didn't talk down to its audience although the moral message was somewhat ambiguous. I'd say 7/10
Half A Person
The Constant Gardener - Despite being visually very beautiful and stunningly shot, this film is , well, rather boring. The acting is excellent and I didn't dislike it, it just didn't live up to either it's billing as a thriller or one of the best films of the year. 5/10 Before that i watched Guy X starring Jason Biggs. Terrible, terrible film 2/10.
Reina
Ice Age - brilliant! 9/10
Eenimac
Ice Age - brilliant! 9/10 Best "kids" movie ever. IA2 opens this weekend I believe. Just finished watching Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back again - doing my wummins work while she was down the mine. As dumb as it comes but still funny. Nowhere near Clerks or Mallrats though.
SaltyTON
Lucky Number Slevin - 8/10 Pretty good, even Hartnett doesn't spoil it. Liu, Willis, Freeman and Kingsley all fantastic as usual.
Baggio
Saw V for vandetta last night - superb stuff. Hugo Weaving was excellent as the charismatic V and it offered a terrifyingly realistic vision of the future....... 8/10

Robot
Basic Instinct - 8/10 Superb trash. Completely hilarious rubbish! Imagine looking down between your legs only to see Michael Douglas working away Horrifyingly comical stuff. Will now need to watch some earnest pish like A Beautiful Mind to counterbalance the.......aw f**k it. I'm away home to put on Commando

Half A Person
A History Of Violence 8/10 Pretty good. Not as complicated or thought-provoking as it's been described though. I felt an oscar nomination for William Hurt was a bit crazy. His performance is verging on comedy.
footiechick
I thought it merited 9/10, but I'm a Viggo fan, therefore biased

codfish
Hostel - pish 4/10 Generous IMO - was persuaded to go to see this tonight, and it was a waste of an evening. No plot, excessively gory to the point where there really isn't a point to it, and doesn't exactly do much for the Slovakian tourist industry. In some people's eyes, the fact that the first half hour was the equivilant of a softcore porn movie may save it. Not me though - there are cheaper ways to get that, so I'm told. 2/10
Keyser Soze
The Usual Suspects ( for about the 50th time) 10/10 Superb film
Half A Person
Open Water....7/10 strange film , built really slowly, much like Wolf Creek and built then tension really well. But, somehow, just a wee bit underwhelming.
uberman
lord of war 5/10 starts off a bit slow and remains that way for the rest of the film
