LongTimeLurker
7/10 but not happy about question 8 because I think two of the answers are correct and I picked the wrong one. Jebem te poetry.
Jacksgranda
8/10. If i'd stuck with my original thoughts for nrs 4 & 6 I'd have had 10. Think that's my best chance of ever getting 10 gone.
Cardinal Richelieu
I KNEW that studying the First World War at school would pay off. Unfortunately, it was a quarter of a century ago so I've forgotten half of it. 5 out of 10.
KnightswoodBear
5/10. Neutral. Like that country in the answer. That I got wrong. What makes a man turn Neutral, Kif?
Sweet Pete
7/10 but not happy about question 8 because I think two of the answers are correct and I picked the wrong one. Jebem te poetry. I also got 7/10 and agree that two possible answers for 8 could be correct. I, of course, picked the one of the two that was not classed as correct. The other two I got wrong were poet and French prez.
monkeyblair
I got 1/10 - hated history at school and it shows.
welshbairn
8/10, got the frog and the month wrong. The Guardian was right on Q8. Sykes-Picot covered more of the Middle East than just Mesopotania. Edited November 11, 2014 by welshbairn

LongTimeLurker
Back to my normal 4/10 (knew 3). http://www.theguardian.com/news/quiz/2014/nov/12/daily-quiz-12-november-2014
Cardinal Richelieu
5 out of 10. A middling result for a middling quiz. Would have put my left arm on answer 1 being a fish. And that's why I don't gamble on the questions in the Guardian Daily Quiz
WhiteRoseKillie
Eight today. Happy with that, even though the first answer should be "former politician".
