mozam76
In the spirit of the game - I had no idea he had pancreatic cancer, had I known he'd have been a cert to be on my list. Outside the game - really saddened to hear this.

Fuctifano
Mae Young was my captain. Yep, missed that in amongst your Mourinho-esque squad rotation in the lead up to the 31st. Amended table on previous page. RLP's death does not trigger any points for anyone.

phasma ex machina
I thought that might've been why. Much obliged. It paid off though! For now.....when you get another hit and they are under 90 you will go ''damn, missed points''
forehead7
For now.....when you get another hit and they are under 90 you will go ''damn, missed points'' I was more meaning bringing Mae Young into the fold (which was the second of my late transfers). I hadn't even selected a captain at that point.

I was looking at a 'List' of Living Munchkins as one died last year. Disappointed by this... Although the odds were a little short! I'll get my coat! Ben Twilly
Hiroo Onoda has finally surrendered - 17 days too late for me! I actually had him on my 2013 list, I read about him in 2012 after faintly remembering my dad telling me many years ago about this mysterious soldier found in the jungle. However I dropped him this year after I saw a list of the worlds oldest living people who were mainly Japanese, so I guessed at 91 he would be good for another ten years or so. Lesson learned - if you drop someone from your previous years list they will die shortly afterwards, so Phil the Greek is on his way next.
