What you need to clock is that we cannot have a man who voted to effectively liquidate the business - you were, of course perfectly entitled to vote that way - and then turn up as if you had not taken that line. At the time of course you had a clear conscience as you said and that's fine too. I can't remember what you said when Rangers were liquidated. Would you have voted the same way had you been owed money? Football is a mercenary game and you have been one of its greatest mercenaries for many clubs, where your loyalties are devoted to the money as a professional sportsman. No issue with that either. But for us poor b*****ds that support our club through thick, thin, disgraceful management that resulted in administration, years of pish off and in the park, our loyalty is to DFC and if your vote had been successful you wouldn't even have had the sniff of a job at Dens! How we have to look to the future etc. Let’s not forget these are journalists / columnists who never pay to enter Dens and contribute nothing towards the running of the club. Interesting that you as a fan with local knowledge kinda agree with me. I do think Dodds is a horrible character though it would get rid of him from the BBC if he got another job. Sadly there arent many good journos in Scotland and its shocking that someone like Dodds is regarded as a decent pundit by the BBC. If you get it right it can be a brilliant appointment. At Killie we all asked the question Alex Who when Alex Dyer was appointed as our assistant manager but he has (luckily?) been a great success .
