He is utterly incompetent. What the referee 'observer' writes in his report must be interesting? Or maybe not, given the corrupt nature of the refereeing fraternity in Scotland. Bring back those Israelis and Maltese please. Or blind monkeys? Seriously, this man Collum is a disgrace and that the authorities allow him to continue is shocking. As Walker said, this 'one of our top refs' pish just has to stop! There is no hiding place now, even Supra or whatever his name is couldn't mount a realistic defence of this maniac's performances.
