RandomGuy.
Cannot see that ending well, Mourinho seems like a dreadful fit for United. Amazed Arsenal have actually signed Xhaka too, seemed one of those where they'd be linked for ages, refuse to up their offer by £2m then he signs for Juventus or something. Fair play to them. Deeboy
Excellent decision, makes Man Utd more appealing. He's sat ringside at David Haye's fight.
Diamonds are Forever
LVG was always doing a bit of a holding job until someone better became available. Had to act this summer or Mourinho would go somewhere else.

Blue_e'hm_A_Dee
Yep, they handled the Moyes sacking horrendously too.. Not very classy. Not unexpected though. Tbf a lot of the youth like Rashford, Lingaard and borthwick Jackson ect.. Will owe a lot to Van Gaal for giving them their first shot at first team fitba. No too sure Mourinho will give young players the same chance, seems more an instant success kinda guy.
throbber
It seems so ridiculous that they announced Mourinho will be taking over and then sack LVG when they did after the league is over and they have just won the FA cup. I think Jose will do well there but there is a hell of a long way to go with that team.

7-2
United haven't announced anything. It was Jorge Mendes that came out with it after the Final, apparently to deliberately undermine Van Gaal's moment of glory. The only thing United have done wrong is not sacking Van Gaal months ago. The Mourinho camp have been the ones acting disgracefully since he left Chelsea and given their media campaign United should have told them to f**k off but they'd backed themselves into a corner and left themselves no real alternative but to appoint him. Yet another lesson in mismanagement at the highest level.
Carl Cort's Hamstring
Was just reading an article which mentioned Joe Kinnear's time as Newcastle Director of Football two years ago. I support a club that is so catastrophically badly run that I forgot that that had even happened.

Remember that time Sweary Joe had a heart attack and then told the "c***s" in the press (or at least the two he hadn't banned) he had a three year contract waiting for him when he recovered? Meeting the press for the first time in the biggest job he'd ever had (and his first in 4 years), and literally his second sentence is to call a journalist a c*nt. His interview on Talksport was amazing. "Yohan Kebab" The wikipedia summary of it is brilliant: In a Talksport interview over the telephone on 17 June 2013, Kinnear claimed to have replaced someone called "Derek Lambesi" (sic) as the club's director of football, signed Dean Holdsworth at Wimbledon for £50,000 (actually £650,000), sold Robbie Earle (retired a year after Kinnear left), signed goalkeeper Tim Krul when he was previously manager (actually signed by Graeme Souness three years prior) and has been awarded the LMA Manager of the Year award three times despite only winning the award once, he also said he'd never been sacked in his life (he was sacked at Luton).Kinnear claimed to have signed John Hartson on a free when he in fact paid £7.5 million for the striker. He also mispronounced the names of Yohan Cabaye, Hatem Ben Arfa, Shola Ameobi, and others in the Talksport interview.
