Record since he took over permanently P 16 W 3 D 4 L 9 It's not just his record it's the awful brand of football and his obvious poor grasp of tactics . Playing Boyd up front alone is not playing to his strengths IMO, recruiting hasbeens and crocks to fill roles that we have struggled with recently are just two of his inadequacies . I could go on . When you look at his mentors Jefferies and Brown it's not hard to see where he gets his " ideas or inspiration " from and why we are in the state we are.
