Are there folk who are or purport to be on the left of politics who are anti-Semitic? Of course there are. Is there a disproportionate or influential number of them? I've certainly seen no evidence to back up such an assertion. But of course whilst we're distracted by the accusation we are not discussing the suppression by one powerful group of another weak one. Whats really dangerous, and unforgivable, is that whilst the world turned its back on Apartheid South Africa, most countries, including all the influential Western ones, are refusing to condemn the equivalent policies carried out in Israel and its surrounding areas. Israel is an incredibly useful ally in the Middle East and is backed up by a powerful lobby in the US so there's little impetus to challenge that.
