Are you on the wind up about the Marksman The only time that places is acceptable is when your out all night and the casino has just closed. Even then it's only until somewhere else opens. alsy Posted April 16, 2016 Share Posted April 16, 2016 My commiserations to those of you who have to deal with Sellick and Sevco pubs in your locale. I don't think there is such a thing up here. Not since the staunch Portland Club stopped paying their taxes and became a Mosque. I live next door to a Celtic pub that sends a full supporters' bus to every game and has a 'folk' singer on most Saturdays. The pub directly opposite it is a Rangers pub. I don't drink in either. No doubt tomorrow there will be a line of bouncers outside each one, staring each other down across Maryhill Road, and then afterwards, dreadful celebratory karaoke that goes on deep into the night in one or the other.
