Mr Bairn
There are two ways to make scrambled eggs, you can either use the hob or the microwave Of course, one of these methods has to be consigned to the domain of BEASTS
DA Baracus
Clearly the hob (is the correct method; the microwave method is for BEASTS). Melt a little bit of butter in the (non stick) pan then crack in 3 eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Then simply stir with a wooden spoon over the heat until ready. Have then on toast (preferably the seeded stuff) or have a toasted bacon and scrambled egg sandwich.
carpetmonster
I do them on the hob, but I'm not sure I'd be tarring folk with brushes for doing them in the microwave

SweeperDee
f**k scrambled eggs. Fried egg, with a runny yolk, plenty of pepper, and some buttered toast. Can't go wrong.
DA Baracus
Hold up; milk in scrambled eggs?! What is this heresy?!
Mallo_Madrid
The hob. Basically what DA said but with more than a little butter. Definately no milk, beastly that.
Geedub-MFC
You can make scrambled eggs in the microwave? BEASTS
Lisa Cuddy
You just can't get proper creamy scrambled eggs in the microwave and it's too easy to overcook them. On the hob, no milk or if you must have it, full fat. Can't be doing with watery mess mucking up your eggs.
1320Lichtie
Microwave, same method as my Tommy Soup. Yolks in, bit of milk, whisked, 3 minutes, done. I cba with using a hob when they taste just as good thrown in the microwave.
Shandon Par
If the mood takes me, I like to finish my scrambled eggs (hob of course, tons of butter, salt & pepper), with a bit of double cream. Ideally served with a bit of haggis and potato scones.
pandarilla
Supposedly you should add the salt when they're nearly done, and that stops the wateryness. Also don't leave them on the hob without stirring, or at least not for long. Keep stirring and then some salt, pepper, and butter at the end. Sweet Pete
No milk in your scrambled eggs? You people are a complete mystery to me.
Shandon Par
Wooden spoon is okay but stirring constantly with a rubber spatula seems to yield the best results.
