RH33
I find stiring with spatula better. Three eggs per person, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Bobby Skidmarks
People who put milk in scrambled eggs (or omelettes) are too cheap to use enough eggs to make something worth eating. People who 'cook' things in the microwaves are the kind of people who talk a bit too loudly to the folk serving them in shops. Because it's the only human interaction they're ever guaranteed. This guy knows.

DA Baracus
Classic recipe. Was your mum the Galloping Gourmet? No, she's an alcoholic. Incidentally, I don't have a microwave either. I do however have a rather smashing penis.
mrcat1990
I've never made great scrambled eggs in the microwave. I've made a ridiculous amount of great scrambled eggs on the hob. Hob > Microwave. A microwave should only be used as a tool to reheat, not cook. Method is three whisked eggs seasoned we into frying pan/wok pan on medium/low heat, keep it moving and dump onto toasted sourdough. Add in diced Chorizo before eggs for something a touch nicer.
welshbairn
If you don't put a dash of milk in you're just getting a mashed up omelette. Key is a big knob of butter dropped in the mix with salt and a fair bit of black pepper, heated very slowly and served while still moist before it gets rubbery. Newbornbairn
That looks lovely. It is. Pop the toast in the toaster at the same time you put the pan on the hob and everything's ready at the same time. Perfect fast food.
Black and White Tragic
Microwave. With butter, milk, cheddar (other cheeses can be used) pinch of salt and pepper. No constant stirring pish or hours of cleanup either.

Mallo_Madrid
I also don't own a microwave. Last one stopped working and was chucked well over a year ago. I've yet to come across a reason for replacing it.

Scary Bear
There are two ways to make scrambled eggs, you can either use the hob or the microwave Of course, one of these methods has to be consigned to the domain of BEASTS Microwave is easier and best (beast?) Scary Bear
On the hob. Milk AND butter. Little salt and pepper. I add eggs too. Hob! Pah! Unless you constantly stir it you'll be there all night trying to get burnt egg off the bottom of the pan. None of that nonsense with the microwave.
