JudgeMudge
Could somebody please set out the scenario where tomorrow sees a great game leading to everything turning around??
thistledo
Would agree Penrice has not quite developed at the rate expected. But also, it's probably quite hard to develop under the circumstances. McCall's previously helped turn players careers around though, with a bit of luck we might see a few people progress this season... Please.

Virtual Insanity
Penrice was a standout for Livi in this league at the age of 18 (notably not as a left back). He's perhaps struggling a bit now in a terrible team but remains one of the few players you wouldn't boot out the door immediately if given the opportunity.
Jacky1990
2 hours ago, JudgeMudge said: Could somebody please set out the scenario where tomorrow sees a great game leading to everything turning around?? 0-1 with 5 minutes to go. McCall brings on his last sub, a half cut Chic Charnley, signed just before the match as a replacement for De Vita, who has become so anonymous that the coaching staff have forgotten who he was. Chic's first involvement is a corner kick, which is headed in by a bloodied Sean McGinty. 1-1. As the final minute approaches, Chic plays a one-two with Kenny Miller, with Chic one on one with the keeper. He dinks it, hits the bar but Banzo is there to tap home the rebound. The players run to McCall to celebrate. David Hopkin starts crying. 2-1 Jags. The end.

There would be more chance of Chic heading in a Sean McGinty corner...

JudgeMudge
We could, in theory, cruise to a 3-0 win tomorrow.
jaggyness
Anyone think we'll ask to get our biscuit Cup tie postponed owing to international call ups?

JudgeMudge
Morton really are rotten. Thought we played better than recent games (low bar). Kakay and Penrice good. O’Ware and McGinty were solid. Hall looked fine. Zanatta very poor, Bannigan also. All Shea Gordon does is score goals! Reece Cole is a good player. Palmer tries.

Fighting fires all over the park with the players available tbh, hope he figures out something that works consistently with what he's got to work with as soon as possible until January. Brilliant! Can we have a wee shot of him in January please? Has he been played as a wing-back incidentally as that's really the only position he can play?
Nightmare
Robson has been a pointless signing. Can’t defend to save his life and hasn’t done very much going forward either. If we could ship him off to Falkirk (or anyone else) in the upcoming window, that would be good. League One is probably closer to his level right now.
