I wonder what the special prize will be for the person who buys the 2000th season ticket? A gold casted shoe with a jobby inside it?

Get to be the person who literally drives Tam O'Ware back to Morton.

By the time the league season starts I hope we're not in a position where we're ever contemplating Bell and O'Ware as our central defensive pairing, especially if we're aiming to play Foster as a full back given as much license to go forward as he has today.

Are you really playing 36-year-old Steven Bell as centre back? I assumed he’d joined Thistle as a coach.

Would be more confusing if we were playing him left wing to be fair.

Also not the worst centre back that started today, which is a major worry.

Signed as a squad player, but Brownlie picking up a long term injury and Niang (apparently) self-isolating has meant he needs to start right now.

Tbh, he’s probably still more reliable than O’Ware. And as said above, that’s a big problem.

He’s only part-time, he signed as cover after being outstanding for us last season. But we were light on numbers in that position today.

Just a suggestion (goes against McCall’s idea of McKenna being a regular RB) but would McKenna as a fairly decent ball-playing CB with a bit of pace not be better option next to Bell than O’Ware (who’s presumably not even back to full fitness yet)?
