Wasn't spinning off and taking away the angle until about round four. Wasn't finding it as easy to land as he has in the past. Punching down ok such a short opponent didn't help. Boy looked decent enough opponent though- sharp hands and some decent counters. Uysk stepped it up though from 4 onward. Uysk has got excellent footwork and I love the way him and lomachenko pivot to the opponents blind side and take away the target. But he's not perfect. There are times I think he comes forward throwing combinations where he puts too much weight on the front foot and is momentarily there to be hit- don't know who in this division would be good enough to capitalise on it though. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Same reason that Ward v Kov was just SS and not PPV. Had the fight been in Belfast it would have been PPV for sure. Fast Eddie and Stubhub getting some amount of grief for the fucking shambles they made of selling Klitschko v Joshua tickets yesterday. Gives Parker a fairly straight forward, but on paper potentially awkward looking, first defence against someone who's going to be keen for the opportunity, whilst also building his name up over here for a future fight with Joshua.
